I'm 46, have regular cycles. But PMT was becoming rediculous and I felt generally tired and downbeat.These have given me some spark back, my libido back and periods are shorter.Changes were most apparent midway through second box, and I would not want to be without them now. I take one tablet a day, with the knowledge as time goes on, I can up that dose, or get the stronger formulation.

I chose this product as I previously got it on perscription from my G.P. but due to cut backs it was stopped at my local chemist its very expensive and when I found it here on Amazon cheaper I bought it and the fact its delivered monthly is great it has decreased my flushes and helps my mood

Was ok, but only bought one box, so didnt get the benefit.

A good price and very quick delivery of this very useful item which seems to help alleviate hot flushes etc.

I found it helps to reduce menopausal symptoms but not dramatically. If you are experience a bad menopause ask for medical advice. This product is really expensive for what it does

I have been using this for years. I’ve gone some periods of time without it simply because it was hard to find. It keeps me balanced in the hormonal area.

I take 2 per day, with breakfast and dinner. Be warned tho, I tried to save money with the double strength version, and it is NOT the same. Manufactured in a different country, so not the same formula. Unfortunately I go thru 1 pack every 2 weeks, and can't find it in a larger quantity. Still a small price to pay to avoid all-night sweating 😓
