People need to having reasonable expectations: * This is a CHEAP tablet you can afford to give away (which is what I do) to those who can't afford anything at all, and need a tablet. * We use it for Bible studies, Internet Access, JW Library, Games, and for playing videos. * It works very well at meetings, at home, and on the road. * It accepts a cheap SD RAM memory card and works well. So, no more complaining about memory. * This is the second one I have bought in the last two months (first one got run over). * Everything is "decent" quality for what you pay, and works well. * It is NOT the fastest, longest lasting, or "bestest", but it gets the job done - CHEAP. * If you want a better quality, faster CPU, more memory (etc.), then head over to Costco and pay $200. The picture quality, the 8" inches display screen size, and the 1280x800 IPS touch screen are amazing. The speaker as a high quality and powerful sound and works well with the 3.5 Headphone jack. In fact, the front 2MP and an 8MP back Camera takes good pictures. Also, pairing new devices with Bluetooth and WiFi 6 mode makes connection speed and webpage loading speed much faster. Yes, the battery power and the charging time could have been better but it is still satisfactory.

The tablet takes a very long time to download anything and has to be restarted constantly.

Tablet was slow to startup, only downloaded ONE app for my daughter to watch on and it constantly closed out the app, only had it for 2 days now it doesn’t charge or power on. Tried factory resetting and hard resetting, still does not work. This item should be taken off the site because it is a waste of time and money.
