Absolute great value for their money. They come with a nice clean and new straps to deepen your stretches. I ve been meaning to start yoga fully and this quarantine has helped me to do so but I need help.of the yoga blocks. They re nice and sturdy , beautiful blue colour and velvety to touch. The blocks and strap are good quality and, if like me, your need to stretch out to keep it all working, then these are ideal. The blocks are house brick shaped but bigger. They can be used to support your head, go under your hands to lift you up, or go under your spine for stretching. The foam is ideal for the latter as it deforms just enough to not hurt but is firm enough to support your weight. I use the strap to loop around my foot for leg stretches. You can find loads of vids on YouTube. Buy some and get stretching.

Excellent set, but the blocks are a little small and quite hard.

These are a great package. The 2 blocks are great for yoga as you can have one each side. They're really sturdy and robust and have a multitude of use. Perfect size and perfect shape and the yoga strap is an added bonus. Really coming in useful as I'm having to home gym at the moment

There are more expensive sets available, but I’m not quite sure what they offer that this set doesn’t

blocks arrived slightly dented so wonder how durable they will be
