Having previously tried several different brands, I am happy to say that i have finally met one that meets my expectations. It does what it says.You won't heal overnight, it's not a miracle, but it does a solid job. It sticks well (at least better than the others I've tried), seems to hold up the rigours of my training routine and hangs on in there after showering. It stretches like it is supposed to do, gives me the support that I need for my workouts and stays on long enough so I don't have to keep forking out for roll after roll! And no allergic reactions. Consequently, I am a repeat customer (moved to bulk rolls now).First though, you don't just slap it on your body and call it good. It has to be cut correctly and applied with the proper amount of tension to work correctly, but after that it works great.My tips on what I have learned so far:Tape on some parts of the body lasts a lot longer than tape on other parts. For example, taping knee or elbow joints results in shorter tape life than taping other areas. At least that is my experience - your mileage may differ. I put it down to extra movement which pulls on the tape and so loosens the adhesive.Put the tape on as long before the exercise as possible. Over time, the adhesive seems to bond much better. Not sure if its heat, time or both that are doing it. Who cares! I am only interested in result.I had a slight allergic reaction to one tape brand. My skin went a bit itchy underneath the tape. I've no idea why as I don't have sensitive skin but I assume that it was something in the adhesive.When applying the tape, make sure the area you are taping is dry. Same goes for not applying tape when you are sweaty, for obvious reasons.Round the corners of the tape.I hope you found my tips useful and enjoy your pain free exercise!

I am a PT and use Kinesiotex "regular" tape at work (they have a more water resistant tape, but that's not what my employer supplies us with). I have also used RockTape and KT Tape personally. The Spartan tape less expensive than all 3 of these. As far as adhesiveness, the Spartan Tape stays on better than both Kinesiotex and KT tape in my personal experience. It sticks about the same as the Rock Tape for my personal use on my feet and sometimes knees. It is slightly thinner than RockTape, but that doesn't effect performance / symptom relief for me. The instructional PDF is a good, basic guide and is a lot easier to understand and follow than the little fold up pamphlets that come with the other brands. There are a ton of ways to tape things, so you'll obviously find other ways that aren't listed in their manual if you look on Google, but having taken a few classes on k-tape and Rock tape, it's a solid resource to start with. There's no real scientific research to support why any brand of kinesiology tape works, but it does work for me and a lot of my patients (and I was a non-believer for a long time b/c there is no evidence). I try to wean people, including myself, off of it eventually, but taping allows me to progress people more quickly and addresses a lot of pain complaints that my patients have when we're first starting to work on things. Oh... and did I mention that Spartan Tape comes in a ton of colors?? I love the orange! I swear, it makes me run faster ;-)

I first want to state that I love this tape! It does everything I was told it would do, everything it advertises, and is fantastic. I purchased it to help manage my growing belly weight as I get more and more pregnant carrying our first child. I loved that I could wear it for three or more days comfortably, sleep in it, work in it, and did not feel hampered or agitated the way I feel using a belly band. I even took a shower in it. The corners where I cut the tape did start to peel after a day or two but I just trimmed them down so they wouldn't be annoying, it did not stop from the product from working.My one complaint, or rather, my sadness is that the adhesive does not seem to agree with my skin. I've always had sensitive skin so when I did the test strip and had no problems I was delighted and started to use the tape regularly. My first box did not have any adverse reactions. My second box, however, left a minor pink burn when I removed the tape. At first I thought it was the natural pinkness that happens when you're ripping a band-aid off (we've all been there) but then a day, two days, three days later I can still see the wavy design of the adhesive in my skin. It was no longer pink but clearly a new feature on my flesh that I did not have with the first box of tape. So, sadly, I have discontinued using my second box after this so I don't continue to annoy my skin. Was it a horrible, painful problem? No, not really. I was itchy and sensitive for about 48-72 hours after removal of the tape. I'm just avoiding it to be safe.Thanks for reading! I hope you enjoy this tape! It is really amazing! Wirkt zunächst wie anderes Tape auch. Erweist sich aber sehr schnell als minderwertig . Ränder rollen sich ein, bereits nach einer Dusche klebt es nicht mehr.

Ich war leider nicht zufrieden. Nach einer anfänglich hochwertigen und teuren genutzten Marke fand ich dieses Produkt günstig, aber es klebte einfach nicht so gut und insbesondere die rundgeschnittenen enden lösten sich schnell.Die zwei Sterne gibt es für den Preis. Leider zu hoher Verschleiß.
