These PURITY BABE 4 Silicone Forehead Wrinkle Patches are reusable, easy to use, easy to clean and easy to store.The forehead patches measure 5.5 (w) x 2.4 (H) inches. Each comes on a transparent piece of plastic that is used for storage. To apply make sure that your forehead is clean, dry and free from any lotions or products. Once applied make sure that you smooth it out so that there are no air bubbles. It is supposed to be worn 4-8 hours. Once removed I use a mild soap to wash, rinse and allow it to air dry before putting it back onto the transparent plastic storage sheet.I have now worn one for the last several evenings as I slept. It stayed on and remained secure on my forehead all night.In comparison to the pictures on Amazon of women wearing this forehead patch it looks so much larger on my forehead. I have included a picture of me wearing it. My picture looks nothing like those online. Can my forehead be that much smaller?I included pictures of my forehead before I started using the patch and one after wearing it for several days and removing the patch soon I woke up. So far I am not seeing a difference.Today I have an appointment with my dermatologist for botox so my forehead will not be seeing much movement for the next 3-4 months. I will continue to wear these at night since I want to see how many nights they last before losing its adhesive. I will update my post once the adhesive wears off and it no longer stays on at night.

I kinda liked them... I think they just didn't work for me but might be great for someone else (I have oily skin and in my 30s). They would stick in some areas and in some areas it was hard to get it to stick plus, those hard to stick areas would tend to dry out really bad and even turned kinda red, itchy.

When I saw these patches I had to laugh. I couldn't believe that these could possibly have any effect on my forehead wrinkles. First, I've had a wrinkly forehead for most of my life, so the odds were stacked against them. Also, it's a patch that doesn't have any chemicals or lotions or...anything. What?!? Before I applied one, my husband and I had a good laugh thinking these would just make me look silly at night. Boy were we wrong! When I removed the patch the next morning my forehead was less wrinkled! Wow!So the Elixireve pads package says they use "targeted hydration, support, and gentle compression" to alleviate forehead wrinkles. It sounds nutty, but I can't argue with the results. My forehead is smoother, and while not like a child's, younger and better than last week. Yeehaw! It's easy to apply, easy to sleep in, and easy to remove. Each pad is good for multiple uses (treat it kindly) and is affordable! Best of all, there are no chemicals, bad smells, or harsh ingredients to worry about. I'm a convert!

Absolutely a rip off. Too small!!!

These patches are better than some others I've tried. When this idea first came around (the 90s?) they were primarily only for scars and were very thick. You couldn't really "wear" them and do anything. It was more for sleeping or recovery. I had a famous Beverly Hills plastic surgeon give me a small one for a chicken pox mark on my jawline that really bothered him! I never cared, but he was a perfectionist. He also thought I should get rid of my pets, in case they scratched or bit me. Hard pass!These are thick but not too thick-they are still supple. They fit the forehead area well. My initial experiment was an 8-hr day with one on. You can tell something is happening under the patch because it gets warm. Otherwise I moved around and did normal things and it was just fine. When I removed it I could see a definite difference in line depth around the "triangle of sadness." The were not as deep and my skin was glowing.However, there are a variety of cosmetic things that can make a "big event" or "date night" difference. Don't hesitate to try these for that result. And add something with hyaluronic acid when you take them off. For long-term changes - I don't know. I'll let you know!

This silicone patch was very easy to apply and stayed on well. It just holds your skin in place well. I did not sleep with this patch on just kept it on for about 4 hours to try it out. It did moisturize and plump my skin. If I used it frequently I feel I would see more results. It is a good price for four reusable patches.

I was a bit surprised to see other reviews said these worked because I used it and didn't notice any difference on the lines on my forehead. I'm 48 and have been noticing more lines on my forehead and have had a wrinkle line between my eyes for years. I put on one of these masks and it adhered well to my skin and I liked the way it felt (although it bothers me to have anything on my face overnight so that was the only bad part). I wore this overnight for about 8 hours but when I took it off I didn't notice any difference whatsoever. I've only used one and will use the rest and update the review if I notice any improvement.
