This stuff is horrible! Caused itching, burning and an unpleasant smell for 48 hours after use. I threw the box away. I should’ve known not to trust my 🍑 with this when I read punctuation errors in the verbiage on the back. BEWARE

I've used other probiotic suppositories in the past because I tend to get BV once per month due to how my pH levels fluctuate. These seem to work just as well as the other suppositories that I've used before in restoring my smell and balance. Simply to use, I just insert with a finger. It will leak out though as it dissolves so be warned if you normally sleep commando. You'll probably want underwear at least and potentially a liner.
