Only on day 4 so far, but this phone is incredible
Edit 6 months in: MagicOS 9 did not bring colour theming, just minor UI improvements. Overall a solid phone though, battery is still amazing and otherwise everything else I liked about the phone still holds up! Camera is only passable though.Edit a month in: everything below is still the case, but the experience has improved a bit because I'm on the MagicOS 9 beta with a slightly refined UI (not really found any new features, there's supposed to be colour theming but that's not in the build I have yet, presumably that'll come in another beta build)Edit 2 weeks in: I LOVE THIS PHONE. It's so useful having two screens, the outside one is crazy bright and the aspect ratio is the same as the iPhone 15 Pro but taller, so closed this phone is just a standard flagship Android. Then you do something that works best inside, like moving money about and being able to use multi-windows to have multiple bank apps open, reading (Google Play Books is a great e-reader app that lets you bring your own .epubs, watching YouTube etc, web browsing, anything else you'd do on a tablet, albeit one with a square screen not a rectangle which is a little annoying for watching videos. It's great if you do picture on picture though.I'll update this review if anything changes, but so far I love this phone. Tech has been boring for years, I've tried all the small flips and find them incredibly frustrating to use because you can't do anything serious on the outer screen. This? Incredible.Plus sides:- The battery is amazing, I got 9 hours of screen on time (mostly the internal screen) on my first full day of using it. In real use (9 hours is just because using it is new and exciting) I think this can go days between charges.- The inner screen is so nice to read from because it's anti-reflective coating is really good- The crease is there but not really noticeable when you're using the phone- Haptics are great- Screens are gorgeous (I set mine to natural colour profile in settings, default is vivid)- Build quality is amazingSome parts of the software are a bit outdated. There's no system wide colour theming, notifications/control centre looks outdated, weird old annoyances like you can't do multiple timers in the default Clock app (but the Google Clock app is in the Play Store I guess). MagicOS does multitasking very well though, and the Magic Portal thing to share something to any app is cool. They also just announced MagicOS 9 and it does have a refreshed UI, but unsure how long that'll take to actually get to UK users. Some tips/notes:- I changed the font size to small in Settings (and also installed Google's Roboto font), the default size is way too big and feels like it's meant for people who can't read properly. Honor's small font size is basically the same as the iPhone's default font size.- The AI stuff in the notes app is super useful. AI has never bothered me before, but the way it can record and transcribe people speaking but also recognise if there are multiple people so you can tell who is saying what.- Use the case it comes with, there basically aren't any more available that are good quality.- There is no charger in the box, the Amazon listing is wrong. I have an Anker 67W USB-C charger that can do super charging with it just fine.

Hardware is most of the story here…
The media could not be loaded. Received pronto thanks to Amazon prime delivery. Here’s my initial thoughts:PROS———+ Attractive. It’s thin and light, hardly has any bezels on the front display, and feels superb in the pocket.+ Fast. This will crunch anything you throw at it due to the Snapdragon processor, which is miles ahead of Google’s Tensor 4 on their Pixels.+ Convenient. Screen protector already applied and propriety case included, saves so much time and hassle purchasing them separately.+ Cameras. The cameras are all top quality, not the very best but will most definitely satisfy 99% of normal people.+ Screen. Clear and bright OLED screens, makes watching videos and reading content an absolute viewing pleasure.CONS———- Software. Half baked Magic OS, a clone of iOS and full of bloatware. Wish they had gone for something closer to stock Android. Honor promised 4 years of OS updates and 5 years of security updates, but they don’t have the best track record in delivering what they promise.- Security. DON’T use facial unlock. I could easily spoof unlock my phone through an image of my photo. Fingerprint sensor also misses occasionally due to the thinness of the phone.- Charging. Supposedly capable of 50W+ fast charging but will only work with Honor’s charger which you have to buy separately.- Camera hole placement. The inner screen camera hole is not out the way, which means if you turn it in landscape mode on the inner screen, the hole will be in the middle of any content.- Build. Although it’s thin and light, it doesn’t feel super premium. The rounded thin design, similar to the iPhone 7/8, gives it a slightly cheaper feel in the hand compared to rivals.- Expensive. The price point is just way too high at £1699. It should be closer to the £1000 mark. It will likely depreciate very quickly as these phones don’t hold their resale value as well.Overall, it’s a quality, innovative phone in terms of the spec and design, but it’s let down slightly by subpar Magic OS which is just OK to use.

Great phone shocking customer service
Don't buy it!Sadly I have to say this. The phone is amazing but in the UK there is no CS!!!!I got told 14 days to send the phone in the replace a slightly scratched outside screen protector or to buy one from someone but that would affect my warranty... Warranty? What warranty if you lose your phone for 2 weeks? As usual great Chinese tech but pray it doesn't go wrong.....

Awesome phone for the money
Amazingingly thin phone, super fast charging, could not believe how fast it charged first time, makes my previous phones feel so old and outdated. Do not have to charge everyday unlike other 2 previous foldables I've owned. Magic eraser is precise and fun to use, fills in the erased parts really well, spooky sometimes how the AI knows even though there is no indication of what should be there eg it knew colour and pattern of a chair even though person erased was sat covering the whole seat! Software really good, took a couple of days to familiarise self to where all settings were and customisation is good. Bonus case included which is really good quality, fits really well and kickstand is cleverly designed. Paid £90 for a similar case for my previous foldable which was 'not" included!!. Purchased when price dropped by £300 which was another bonus, this is a lot of latest tech phone for the money.
