It's a lovely bear but the pouch doesn't heat up much,Resulting in the bear not getting very warm, on a brighter note the grand children love it!

This is a great gift for dogs!

This is well made, super soft and perfect for puppy to snuggle up to at bedtime. BUT I can't give is the full 5 stars as it takes ages to heat up the little bag of stones and because the bag is at the bottom of the toy, the heat doesn't really permeate through to were puppy wants to snuggle. We've got round this by putting it on its side on the radiator in the evening so its warm before bed, which is fine for the winter months. Would buy another if needed for the soft snuggle factor.

Bought this for our collie puppy for bed time. Even though she was in our room she didn’t sleep very well. We bought this and she snuggled up to it and slept great. She takes it everywhere with her now. It’s a good size for our puppy. She chews all her toys but not this one.

The media could not be loaded. Following the provided instructions, I decided to test the warming pack of the toy. The instructions indicated a heating time of 2-3 minutes. However, I took precaution and heated the pack for only 1 minute on a low setting. To my dismay, the warming pack caught fire during this short duration, causing damage to the bag and spilling wheat beans all over.Had I followed the instructions and heated the pack for the full recommended 3 minutes, the consequences could have been far more severe. The fact that a one-minute exposure to heat resulted in a fire is alarming and unacceptable.

We already have a 2 year old cockerpoo who we got a different heartbeat toy for when he was younger and it really worked. We still had the heartbeat mechanism, so brought this bear to put it in for our new little one. It worked a treat for first two weeks but the Velcro was very poor compared to previous toy and he worked out how to open it and so we couldn’t risk putting it in there again as it had batteries. Now I know this bear came with a heat pad, but I still think the Velcro should be better quality as I would not put anything inside the bear now.I do think the heartbeat helps the pups, and 3 weeks in I’ve decided I’ll have to get another toy with it, to help settle him at night and generally just help him feel okay about being alone, even though he has been without the heartbeat for a week. He’s only 13 weeks old so I think an investment again will be worth it.Lovely bear though, but a bit expensive just to have as a soft toy.

After 4 nights of no sleep with a new puppy I was failing at life! I started searching for something to help poor puppy settle without being in my bed keeping me awake! This is a life saver! I purchased a heart beat separately too. So puppy is now warm from heated pouch, has something to snuggle and the heartbeat has settled her so much she’ll happily sleep alone! Highly recommend to any new puppy mum! 10/10 from me and a full nights sleep!

Bought based on the stars and reviews (just the heat up version not the heart beat) and even though I eventually got the pouch of stones fairly hot (don't bother with the water in microwave with the pouch, it just boils the water and no heat goes to the stones!) The heat didn't warm the bear. The only reason I'm keeping it and giving 2stars is because my pup like to chew and wrestle with it.

An sich mega gut aber nicht geeignet für zu wilde Hunde wie zB unseren Shiba Inu, der hat das Teil nach einem Tag komplett zerfetzt.

My puppy loves to cuddle the toy, but the heating bag takes a long time to heat and is so small it doesn’t heat up a lot.The heartbeat toy she tries to attack it to switch the sound off 🙈

Ik heb dit gekocht voor mijn puppy, ondertussen is ze 2jaar en deze knuffel is nog steeds haar grote vriend, ondertussen wel het warmtezakje uitgehaald!
