After trying a variety of lactose supplements, I finally found these. Other products are too weak or have a terrible sweetened taste. These are simple, easy to take, and powerful. These pills are the closest in strength to help you eat cheese ,I find I can eat a little cheese if I take 2, I’m not running to the toilet but you do still get some wind.I can’t really fault them though as they have worked to let me eat cheese which I love.Price is way too high as I lived in Canada and they are so much cheaper to buy.But if you want to eat dairy in small amounts they deffo work.So happy.Would be good if they brought the price down.

Easy to swallow and do amazing for my lactose intolerance. For the past two years I couldn't stomach dairy and have been living with out any dairy products at all as if I ate something even with the smallest bit I'd end up throwing up and in agony for hours on end. I take one before a brew with milk and two before eating anything that contains dairy and I can stomach it, the pain is reduced to a mild discomfort but its bearable. Best thing for the first time in two years I have eaten cheese, if anyone has tried vegan cheese or even smelt it, it's not the best and being a cheese addict this is a dream come true!

As I've aged, I've found it more difficult to digest cheese. That's a shame because I really like the occasional Cheddar, Camembert, or Stilton. So, I decided to try these pills. I have tried them twice, as I've eaten some crackers and cheese. I've started with one pill and, they seem to be having a good effect. I might try two pills because there remains a little discomfort. However, there is a real improvement.

My teen son and I both use these since we have trouble digesting dairy. He has been using them since about 11 years old as he prefers this flavor to the kiddy one. Easy to chew, super handy in individual packets. Perfect for my handbag. Take these everywhere and keep ordering them again and again.

These used to be fantastic and really worked. I used them for a good year but sadly they seem to have stopped working somehow

Usato da moltissimi anni da mia suocera intollerante al lattosio. I primi anni lo acquistavo io quando mi recavo negli USA da noi reperibile solo sotto forma di gocce che si ossidavano con estrema facilità. Il prodotto è efficace per intolleranti (attenzione intolleranti l'allergia è tutt'altra cosa). Comodissimo al ristorante preso dopo un pasto neutralizza gli effetti indesiderati di chi è intollerante. Ottimo prodotto. Prezzo quasi lo stesso tradotto in euro dei supermercati Americani. Consigliatissimo a chi a problemi con il lattosio, ormai ovunque.

En verdad me ayuda contra la lactosa.Maravilloso producto!

Ne ho provato diverse. Non tutte hanno dato i risultati sperati. Avevo provato queste negli Stati Uniti e sono davvero felice di poterle ordinare finalmente anche in Italia.
