Becoming more difficult to purchase this anywhere now. I have been using these drops for over 40 years for my sinusitus. Doctors don't really want to prescribe this and chemists always ask why you are using it. Remember GP's like to prescribe what they are probably being paid commission on. I don't know why as every other medicine I have been prescribed by GP's has been lethal and totally useless. Over the years I have been prescribed various nasal drops and sprays that the Doctors have recommended and NONE of them worked, so I tried this. As long as this medicine is not abused then it is perfect for my condition.Compared to every other prescription I have had Otravine is very mild in comparison and works 100% of the time. I only use it if my symptoms persist or I can't sleep due to the nasal passage being blocked. A couple of drops in my nostrils and within a minute or so my my nose is clear for just about the whole nights sleep.Since I first purchased this here a while back the price has started to creep up. In fact £4 more expensive now. So I think it's time to shop around.

The photo description differs from what the content is. i.e.The Box advertised say Nasal "Spray"The incorrect product is delivered .... it is "Drops"They need to change their advertised photos to reflect the drops bottle.I have purchased these twice over a period of time forgetting that it is not a spray bottle and I cannot get a refund so stuck with a product I dont use!

I suffer with bad sinusitis and a deviated septum. I was given this product in hospital once when I had an operation to try and fix the problem. I only use it now and again when the sinusitis gets bad as its not supposed to be used for longer than 2 weeks.Sometimes it's hard to buy it in a store or pharmacy as they won't let you buy more than one at a time so it was handy for me to be able to buy 3 for when I was travelling.Definitely recommend this product if you have a cold or sinusitis as it completely unblocks your nose/sinuses and relieves pressure

I find Otrivine Nasal Drops easier to use than the spray, but it’s hard to find the drops in shops. I was delighted to see these drops here on Amazon but not so delighted when I opened the package and found I have been sent the spray. They advertised drops, but if you study the illustration very closely, it says spray. I shall study it more carefully before future orders. These particular ones came all the way from India, which is silly when you can buy the spray anywhere here.

I suffer at night with my sinus so a boots lady told me to try this product and I’m glad I did it took care of everything I sleep better now
