Great issue resolution
Received phone and it looked great but had an issue with SIM card slot access. Talked with seller and returned phone and got another the next day. Looked even better and worked perfectly. Gift to mom and she loved it.

Hit Or Miss
Honestly, reading the reviews from this thing are kind of a mixed bag but I bought it anyway. Currently typing on it and it works pretty fine. Came At 92% battery health which is solid and has no cosmetic damages. Also had no sim restrictions. Sadly, It did lose a battery percentage so If it goes down even more I may be getting a replacement sooner than I thought. I’ll edit this next month on March 3rd.

Phone only works with one carrier in the United States (Not really unlocked!)
Summary:1. This product page claims that the phone is fully unlocked. It is not really unlocked. It became “soft locked” to the first U.S.-based carrier I used it on (T-Mobile). It could not be changed to any of the local carriers when I went overseas. This is false advertising. This product page should be taken down or edited.2. If you plan to travel internationally or switch carriers, don’t buy iPhones from Amazon Renewed. Buy directly from an Apple Store or Apple’s website.Details:4 stars while I was in the United States, 1 star after I went overseas.When I bought this phone, I knew I would be traveling overseas. So I intentionally bought a phone that said it was fully unlocked. I used this phone for several years while I was living in the United States. It worked well except for regularly having trouble switching from mobile data to WiFi whenever I got home.Earlier this year, I had to get the phone replaced at an Apple Store when they could not repair it (its battery was not charging properly, even after replacing the battery). The Apple Store transferred the data from the phone I bought to the replacement phone. Although that was inconvenient, it is part of buying a used phone. This whole time, I was using the phone with T-Mobile.About a month ago, I began trying to use this phone in Australia. I wanted an Australian phone number (not just data coverage in Australia with a U.S. number), so I attempted to switch this phone to one of the other local carriers. It was not until I had already reached Australia that I found out that I could not do this.In all, I probably spent over 20 hours trying to resolve this issue. It was a waste of time. I had to make numerous calls to Apple and T-Mobile. Due to a major time zone difference, this took place over 3-4 weeks. I also visited an Apple store in Australia, called the Apple store in the U.S. where I originally got the replacement phone, got a dedicated Level 2 Support case manager at Apple, and spoke with T-Mobile’s level 1 and level 2 support people multiple times each. I also messaged the Amazon seller (BuySpry) several times to get information that Apple needed.Here is what I learned:— BuySpry (Amazon seller): They only provide support for 90 days. They refused to even send me the serial number of the phone I bought when Apple requested it. Don’t buy from this seller!— T-Mobile: They claim they would lock my phone only if I owed money on the phone itself. This is not true. They locked my phone even though I paid for it in full when I bought it here at Amazon.— Apple: Locking phones to carriers is largely an American concept. Because it is illegal to lock a phone in Australia, Apple support people in Australia cannot help. Even erasing the phone would not resolve this issue, according to Apple’s Level 2 senior advisors. This phone is truly useless if you go overseas and attempt to get a local phone number.It may have looked less expensive, but I should have paid full price for a new iPhone from Apple at the beginning. Apple told me that this was an “as is” phone and that, by buying it, I accepted the setup that it had — even if the seller lied about it being unlocked to get me to buy it. Apple said that I either need to continue using data roaming (with my U.S. phone number) at a higher cost or upgrade my phone to a higher model in Australia. Neither one of these is a good option. Ultimately, I’ve had the current phone (the U.S. Apple Store’s replacement device) for less than a year. It is reasonable for me to expect that I should still be able to use it.This seller does not allow me to leave seller feedback, so I included their name in my review. Also, a lot of the seller’s negative feedback is struck out with a generic message from Amazon: “This item was fulfilled by Amazon, and we take responsibility for this fulfillment experience.”

Exceeded my expectations
The phone is in excellent condition, as advertised. I phone was well protected in a box, which was inside a bubble envelope, however, the phone inside the box was not padded well. Phone works perfectly.

El producto cumple con todo estándar de calidad. La vida útil de batería venia con un 86% equipo totalmente liberado. En cuestión de diseño (aspecto físico) me fue entregado sin un solo rasguño ni huella oleosa en sus acabados.En mi caso aplicó con compañía Movistar México y no dudo aplique para cualquier otra compañía. Ayer fue liberada actualización iOS 15.5 (18-05-2022) y el dispositivo la recibió sin problema alguno. Aunque no le he migrado toda cuenta, App, etc.; con relación a mi antiguo móvil, toda configuración ha sido amable y sin contratiempos. Muy satisfecho con la adquisición de este producto y con este proveedor. Recomendado ampliamente.

2nd one works great
The first phone I ordered did not power up. I called the tech support number included with the phone and they told me to return it and buy another. The 2nd one is great, but it was very inconvenient to have to wait another 2 more days to get my phone since I was without a working phone. If it wasn't for the inconvenience of sending the first back and reordering, I would have given 5 stars.
