These are medium size capsules that it easy to swallow. I haven’t really noticed any difference just yet.I will say start off slow. I didn’t . I started taking two a day and they upset my stomach. I went back to one a day and just now back to two. Much better now

Good eye vitamin with a few extra’s
Has a few extra vitamins included which is good if this is what you’re looking for. Good size bottle. I’ve been not feeling well , so I haven’t taken any of these yet. But, it seems to be a very good product.
