The media could not be loaded. Amazing product it is. superb audio quality, amazing clarity, its worth buying at such price. I really didn’t expect so many things in this tv, I’ll recommend if you r looking for pocket friendly tv.

I am extremely disappointed and furious with the VW TV I purchased. This is by far the worst, most pathetic, and fraud brand I have ever come across. The build quality is absolutely cheap and third-class—made with plastic that doesn't even last a month. My TV stopped working within days, and now there’s a screen issue that hasn’t been resolved for over 2 months.Despite calling customer care multiple times, there has been zero response. These people don’t pick up the phone, ignore calls, and don’t even respond to emails. Their so-called customer support is filled with rude, unprofessional, and clueless individuals who are not even capable of having a basic conversation.This is a clear case of fraud and false advertising. I am now left with a defective product and no support or solution from the company. If this issue is not resolved IMMEDIATELY by either providing a replacement or a full refund, I will be left with no option but to take strict legal action, including filing an FIR against the brand and the executives I spoke to.I request Amazon to take this matter seriously and remove this fake brand from your platform immediately. This is not just a defective product—this is a scam being sold under your trusted platform, and customers like me are suffering for no fault of our own.DO NOT BUY THIS

Very satisfying tv and very cost effective.

I recently purchased the VW TV from Amazon, and overall, I’m quite satisfied with the product. The picture quality is impressive for the price—sharp resolution and decent color reproduction. Sound quality is adequate, though I’d recommend external speakers or a soundbar for a better audio experience.Setup was straightforward and the TV interface is user-friendly. It supports major streaming apps, which is a big plus. The remote is simple and responsive. One thing I did notice is that the viewing angles aren’t the widest, so the picture dims slightly if you’re off to the side.For the price point, it’s a great budget-friendly option, especially for a second room or casual viewing. Delivery was fast and the packaging was secure. I’d definitely consider VW again for future purchases.

Want to give negative star rating but got no option.Worst experience with vw tv brand.1. The stand has no screw thread to insert the screw. ( Not sure what quality check this product is going through )2. Sound has got humming issue3. Remote is not working even at 4 feet and is unreliable.4. Youtube is not there and instead smarttube is oresent which is not at all user friendly and aged people will find it dufficult to select the channels which they have or want to see before.Raised issue with Alazon customer care. The second customer care personnel helped in initiating check with vw brand technical service. A call was ontained from the so called brand somewhere from north I believe who told "I am collecting the issues from you and updating the excel sheet which will be given to Amazon team." 2-3 days later I see the technical service as closed. On raising a call with Amazon customer care team they confirmed that the service technician has closed the service saying no issues found. SERIOUSLY??, None even visited the house and you can close the case saying lies?I would not want to have any connection with this company through buying its product. The amazon custo.wr care team had requested to wait for another 48 hours after which they will decide.So much hassle after buying an Indian product.

The TV was delivered timely.I have checked it and it's working fine. A great product for it's price. I was looking for a budget product and it fit perfectly.Just three issues:1. No one has called for installation yet.2. Netflix is not working on the TV.3. Usable memory is less than GB, meaning you can only install a handful of apps without slowing down the TV.
