Disclaimer not a kid, but when one needs a paint by number project to complete in a day while doing their other responsibilities this is a great project. I also liked that the colors on the canvas seemed to help the paint not be such a re-coat issue when it came to completing the project. As I am always looking for side distraction projects this is certainly a win, especially on a rainy or snowy day. We also trade hand made gifts for the holidays so bonus!

My wife really likes Peacocks, so I thought it would be good to get her this. She really likes the image, and the painting process is clear and easy to follow. She has only started, but the picture is looking good, and she is anxious to finish it.

Love the framing, love the image, and it's easy to follow with the paint by numbers. Once it dries it's going up on the wall.

This kit comes with the framed canvas, paints, and brushes. There is no reference guide, only a very small color printout of the completed image. Mine actually ended up outside the plastic seal of the canvas, awkwardly. The printed canvas is colored lightly to make it easier to see where paint goes, which is very nice. Still, I would have liked a numbered reference guide.
