Amazing
I've been using this product for 4 days and I'm extremely impressed with its sound quality and noise cancellation. I tested it by vacuuming while on a call, and the person on the other end couldn't hear anything. It's a great value for the money, easy to connect, has long-lasting battery life, and is very comfortable to wear. I would definitely give it 5 stars.

Great noise cancellation and I come through very clear. Others can hear themselves (edited)
Edited: the feedback of people hearing themselves has reduced by about 70% so perhaps an update helped. It is much better, but I am still not confident enough to use them professionally. It is mostly a good headset but has some drawbacks.First off, I love that the band around the back is flexible and thin so it doesn't feel uncomfortable. The front parts that go around the ear are made of a harder plastic that can be felt as somewhat cheap as many companies do usually coat it so the plastic feel isn't as noticeable and adds to the comfort and quality. Not really a big issue as it is still comfortable but you do get that cheap feeling when touching it, especially the mic armFor wearing and listening, it is great and you can flip the mic upwards so it isn't in the way.Set-up was easy, but I had a snag with it at the start, which basically one a one time thing. After pairing with my phone, I went to pair it with my PC and although it paired, I couldn't use it. I thought perhaps it may be the type that you have to disconnect one to use the other although that wasn't advertised. So I disconnected from my phone and it wouldn't let me pick it as a sound source on my PC. I removed it from the PC, added it again and it worked. Then I reconnected on my phone and now the both work beautifully together and when I turn it on it alerts me that it is connected to #1 and #2.However, on the other side, when I speak to people they often get a feedback of hearing themselves talking back but as if it was far away. I have tried everything I found online to resolve this from changing the mic location from the proximity of my mouth, changing rooms, turning off other devices, checking volume, etc. They do say that the noise cancellation though is great. I have a fire station up my street and they could not hear when the fire trucks passed. We also have a special event in my town with a parade with lots of sirens and noise and no one could hear it or even the windchimes that are outside that they can hear with other very expensive headsets with noise cancellation. So as a someone who often co-hosts and speaks in conferences online, the feedback on audio makes me nervous to use it in these situations. Great for personal use but I don't think I will use it in a professional setting due to this. The sound is flat and isn't very rich. With Pro Stereo selected, it is the equivalent or just a tad better to my Realtek sound on my laptop. The hands free is horrible for quality for listening to media, but it is meant for communications, so that is understandable, even though I do find other people don't sound as good as the hands-free on most of my other headsets. It is still good though.Battery life has been great. I haven't actually tested the full duration as I charge it at the end of the day.Given the price it should not allow for the other person to hear themselves. I am still testing to resolve this as I have no issues with other mics when I use it on my phone which I have tested it the most for calls and X spaces, but it happens on my PC too. It seems like it could be due to the mic being so close to the earpiece which is exposed compared to the sound further away or inside or over the ear.I can't not recommend it until I determine the cause and say for sure it is the mic, but it is expensive for what it is, regardless.

Easy operation with two devices
Easy to set up and pair with one or two devices; you don't have to turn Bluetooth of the first off to add the 2nd, only triple-tap the MFB (multifunction button, between + and -). Smooth transition between the devices even if you're using both at once. Hold big mute button to summon voice assistant. + and - control volume and audio tracks. MFB handles power, pairing, and call control. Convenient USB-C charging (cable included); I prefer this to the magnetic connectors some of the competition has. Good feel, good sound quality. Mic boom is adjustable, but you have to have the mic on the left side. Includes flannel case with USB Bluetooth dongle in case your computer doesn't have Bluetooth; user guide says the dongle only works with these headphones (i.e. not other BT headsets). No ANC; no smartphone or computer app control.
