I bought the wired earbuds last summer. I'm a musician, and I'm picky with sound. However, I just wanted an extra set for traveling and didn't want to spend a lot. They became my favorite ear buds, and I even used them as in ear monitors on stage for an outdoor show! My 17 year old loved them so much she ditched her "very expensive name brand" earbuds for them. So, when she wanted wireless earbuds we decided to see if Senzer made them as well. We were thrilled to see they did and took a chance hoping they'd sound as good as the wired ones. They did NOT disappoint!!! We had already ordered a set from another brand and weren't happy with the sound quality. We got these in, and she instantly LOVED them!! They are excellent! I would put them up against those costing 3 times what these do! My dad tried them, and in about 3 seconds asked for the link so he could order some as well. Definitely try these before you spend a lot more on others!

I’m an avid music listener so when I saw these Bluetooth earbuds I had to give them a shot.Packaging was great and instructions were simple but clear. The earbuds charge within the case that holds them. So far, I have gotten about 3 hours of runtime after charging.I was surprised that I didn’t have any issues with them falling out of my ears while working outside. The noise cancellation is amazing! I used them while push mowing the lawn and couldn’t even hear the mower! The sound quality is about as good as you can get when it comes to Bluetooth (there always seems to be a decrease in quality due to it being compressed audio so I knew this before buying). Syncing them to the Bluetooth on my iPhone 8 was easy. Since it’s saved in my devices it now connects automatically when I remove them from their charging case.I’m impressed though! I would definitely buy these again! I love that they stay put in my ears and the noise cancellation is a big bonus.

Pros:Same excellent sound quality and noise cancellation as the wired ones, which I had until I switched to a phone without an 8.5mm jack. I am a classically trained musician and listen to all kinds of music on loud, crowded commuter trains. These sound good.Cons:After using the earphones for an hour commute twice a day for about six months, suddenly the battery life died. I can now barely listen to a single song. I don't know if the issue is the battery itself or the charger. The charger seems to randomly start blinking after the earphones have been sitting in it for hours — what was it waiting for? I see other reviews reporting similar issues. Six months is an unacceptably short lifetime, in my opinion.Why bother including rubber earphone tips? The memory foam ones wear out after several months of use, so replacement foam earphone tips would be more useful. Once the memory foam starts to wear out, it is liable to get stuck in your ear when taking out the earphones — and because the tips are small, getting the foam out of the ear safely requires great care!The connection between the two earphones cuts out intermittently if you wear a hat or there is EM interference in the area. I assume this is typical of similar products.

Convenient but the sound is not great, had then 3 months and one side hardly works at all and too late to get customer support...I’m not looking for a refund but an exchange for one that works would be nice.

The sound cuts out in the right if your ears are covered. Also, I've had them cut out when connected to my laptop when my heater kicked on. Not sure why that happened but shows kind of a weak connection but compared to the cost of similar products? Not bad.

I use these headphones mostly to listen to audio books. I really like the design of the case/charging block. I was also able to quickly and easily use either both buds at the same time or just a single bud. Worked great with my iphone and the battery lasted a long time.

There is some good and some bad in my experience of using these. They are definitely small and when they work they are quite decent in terms of sound and ease of use. The problem is the qualifier "when they work". I have had some times when they seem to work quite well for extended periods of time, but more often I have had times where they cut in and out incessantly and sometimes just lose connection entirely to my phone even when I am sitting directly in front of it not moving. They also seem to lose power and recharge themselves while stored in their case. There is a fairly bright blue LED light on the front of the case which flashes when the buds are charging and it comes on randomly throughout the day (or night, which is where the very bright LED can be especially bothersome when it randomly starts blinking) even when the buds have been sitting unused in their case. I understand power drain even in unused electronics, but this seems rapid and excessive as it happens numerous times in short order sometimes. This doesn't affect my use of the buds, as they are fully charged when you pull them from the case, but really makes me question how many charges are left in the case when I may truly need it as there is no way to check the remaining power level. The description says 4 full charges, but since it seems to be constantly charging the buds when they haven't even been used then what will I actually get? I haven't had a chance to test that yet as I've been charging the case every couple of days after medium/light usage just to make sure I always have a charge. Lately I've been using them one at a time instead of as a pair and they seem to work a bit better in that regard, but I don't know if they're worth it just to use them in that capacity. Not sure if I'll be keeping these.

The right bud does not charge. It did initially. I tried in both ports to see if it was the charger but doesn't appear to be the case. (pun intended) Blue light goes to solid indicating fully charged. What are my options?

Ear buds pair fine and sound is fine. One earbud will drop connection and reconnect periodically, so the sound will cut in and out. This is with full charge so it isn't power It does not inspire a lot of confidence in the quality so it would be nice to have a longer return period.

I was originally hesitant to purchase true wireless headphones as my ears are fairly small (and both ears are rather different, so what fits one often doesn't fit the other.) so I was concerned they would be too large for my ears and fall out or be too bulky. These ended up fitting really well and they sound great too! I was able to pair them to my phone (LG G6) after a bit of trial and error, as the instructions were slightly different then what I ended up getting to work.Connection wise they work fabulously with my phone. I am able to have my phone in my messenger bag (front pouch) or my clutch style purse with no connectivity issues. I do notice that when I pass my hands over my ears, like when moving hair from my face for example, the connection from one earbud to the other drops for a second, but quickly reconnects. My music doesn't stop, as the phone stays connected to the one bud. This isn't an issue for me at all, but thought it was worth mentioning. (Also worth noting, my mother was able to wear a large helmet and not loose connection at all. Paired with a Samsung Galaxy S7.)Overall these were a great purchase and I highly recommend them. Their sound quality is rather good, but I'm not too picky about that. They don't sound like tin cans though, so that's a plus!

Great sound but right bud drops connection all the time. I've had them for 6 hrs. Great sound won't Trump dropped connection. May return I'd this continues. Just returned for an exchange pair. Hopefully this was just a faulty set. 1 star as of now for obvious reasons but will update if they send me a second pair. Thank youUpdate- they didnt send me a second pair sadly. Wish I could recommend these but cant.
