Note: I returned these items.I was very unhappy with the two dog collars I ordered. They were not manufactured well and one actually looked used.I agonized over my budget and the decision over which collars to purchase. Siweite seemed like the collar that would fit my needs. Unfortunately, the collars failed to work as described.I did contact the company and I can say customer service was good. But good customer service can’t make up for a poor product. The packaging was unprofessional and the instructions contained grammatical and spelling errors. That should have been another red flag.The testing piece also failed to work. I downloaded a dog bark to test the collars in a closet (to keep any outside noise out). They seemed to give off different shocks and beeps even when on the same setting.The alarming situation that pressed me to return them: I came home one day to my beagle/corgi barking and found my beagle under the bed getting shocked. The collar was picking up the other dog’s barking!I switched the collars and the same thing happened. I turned off the shock on one, but it endlessly beeped when the other dog barked. For some reason, neither collar performed on the dog actually wearing it.I couldn’t in good conscience keep using these collars on my beloved dogs. My poor beagle was traumatized. I decided to spend a lot more and go with a brand I trusted. I suggest you do the same.

They should supply a standard belt type strap with the device, where you put pin into a hole and pass the end thru a buckle. The strap keeps working itself loose do to activity from the dog, and is a pain to have to keep re-adjusting every couple of days.

Absolutely amazing bark collar. My dog Steward has been barking at every little thing driving me crazy. I got the bark collar a few days ago, well it works great beyond my expectation. Steward stop barking at once when his sound trigger the sensors of the collar. It works significantly better than the remote controlled bark collars. Highly recommend it!

This collar is great. I bought this bark collar, because my dog Joseph constantly barks when someone comes to my house. When I put on the dog this control deviceHe no longer barks. He welcomes guests, but without barking. Wonderful collar! Love the bark collar. Great investment, easily adjustable. Highly recommend it!

Just won't work, on level 1 the collar works when my dog drinks water, level 2 thru 6 the collar will not activate even when my dog is continuously barking loudly. I full charged the collar, followed all the instructions 3 times and even tested the collar per the instructions manual.

Great bark collar. Shipping was fast and this item is of much better quality than I expected. The automatic bark collar is more convenient than that with a remote control.

Ive followed the directions on both collars I purchased and can't get either one to do anything on ANY setting other than light up. These are not the first bark collars I've ever used either.
