Excellent for gut health and acne
Excellent for clearing your gut and reducing gut inflammation that can be shown on your skin as breakouts. Mix 2.5 tablespoons with 500mls water in the morning and follow with another 500mls of warm water. No longer getting painful cysts around my jawline from hormonal acne whilst breastfeeding.
