I definitely liked the price for 4 resistance band handles as well as the overall quality, which wasn't all that bad given the price compared to the to the top of the line. If you use your resistance bands (or have 2-3 sets like I do) these extra handles are a definite plus.The width of the handles is fine. The length of the handles from midpoint of the handle to the tip of the ring needs to be about 1 inch longer (Ideally about 10.5 inches). The width of the webbing is OK, but not super duty at 1", which is fairly typical for resistance band handles.Are they as good as the handles that came with my 2 sets of "WHATAFIT"? No they are not. Do I like them better than the IGNITE set of handles? Yes .... although the IGNITE ones are really for heavy pulley work outs.Avoid the real cheap handles. They aren't worth it.

I had bungee straps that I wanted to use to work out at work, but no handles. These fit the bill perfectly. Comfortable and resilient. After only a few weeks, I can see the difference and I'm 63 years old!

Love these - I can now add them to each of my connections and do not have to move my handles around during the work out. i can do super sets without the pause to relocated my handles on my Inspire FT2. Thank you

I have a set of various weight resistance bands that shared the same pair of grips. I got tired of changing them out for each client (or for various exercises that require different weights of resistance) so I ordered 2 pairs. They worked out so well and were so comfortable, I placed another order. Now, I never have to change out the handles on my resistance bands. They look and feel good. I definitely would recommend these. The grips are foam rubber and very comfortable to hold.

So I usually don't leave reviews but felt I should on this one. This a fantastic value for these handles and I am very pleased! They are quality made and serve their purpose for me perfectly. For the price getting 4 of them for basically 10 bucks is exceptional!

We use the Norwegian Red Cord system for our circuit training. We needed a few more straps and "door locking loops". For the same products with RedCord, we would have paid several times more. Red Cord is a first class system, but We could wear these out several times and still be money ahead.

These are cheap and cheerful handles, but there are better options, like the Bodylastics handles. When you're using these, sometimes the handle slides over the nylon and can create an awkward hold. They should work fine, but I would rate these as average.

I ordered these after reading other's reviews. The handles are a little narrower than the standard handles provided with my exercise bands. They aren't so narrow to interfere with any exercises my wife and I do. They are a great buy.
