Easy Storage
Overall, I love this bag. It was easy to set up, the gloves are pretty decent and have strong velcro closures, and there is a thin lining inside and air holes in the palm area to manage sweat. For me, hitting the bag isn't an everyday workout for me, so I can easily move this and put it in the closet for storage. My brother has one of the "real" punching bags, and it is so heavy I can't move it alone. I am also moving to another state later this year and this will be easy to disassemble and move without taking up a bunch of room. It comes with a manual pump, but it large enough and puts out a decent amount of air, so it only took 5+ minutes to fill it up. If you are a serious boxer and hit hard, not sure this would be for you, but for the average person wanting an arm workout, this does the job.Although it is decent-to-good quality, I took off two stars because of the price, and the gloves are of average quality. This sits more at a $50 price point in my opinion.

A bit thin and lightweight.
I am in the process of moving and my heavy bag and floor bag are already packed. Since I won't be able to get to them for about a month, I got this. First thing I will say is that this is not very well made. I had a hole in it right off the start. I was able to fix it and continue to use it. But it just isn't holding up. It is also very lightweight and can't really take a punch or kick. I am not sure what the point of the gloves since this is an air bag, but they are included.Overall, this bag is like hitting (or kicking) a bag of balloons. I guess it could be fun if I hung it from the ceiling.

Good but Not Perfect
I got this inflatable punching bag for my nine-year-old son who is starting to show an interest in boxing. Instead of getting one of the super expensive traditional punching bags for a child who may lose interest quickly, I decided to give this one a try. The material is a thick PVC that appears to be able to withstand heavy punching, kicking, and other abuse. The punching bag came with a hand pump, but I inflated it with an electric car tire compressor. Because the bag is in my basement, I was not comfortable filling the base with water, so I decided to fill it with sand. Putting sand in it definitely makes it more permanent, as it is much more difficult to empty once filled. The included gloves are good enough, but they are nothing special. As for the price, I do not think it is worth the $75 base price, but, with the 40% off currently offered (September 2024), it is in the ballpark. All in all, I think this is a good starter bag to see if you are going to enjoy boxing, but if you do find you enjoy it, you will upgrade pretty quickly.

Somewhat thinwalled material but works as described.
This punching bag has 3 chambers. Two for air and one for water/sand, your choice. It stands nice and tall and inflates easily. The plastic material is about as thick as a pool air mattress, but not as thick as an inflatable boat or inner tub used to float down streams or on the lake. I would have hoped that the bottom would be a bit thicker to prevent from punctures.Air is to be added to the vertical chamber (punching section), then the small section just below this which attaches the punching section to the base. The base accepts water or sand from a larger inlet to stabilize it. I'd go with water since sand is difficult to remove via the small quarter-sized hole.I'd say this is good for little kids up to age.12, not really adults. It comes with some handy gloves but again, kids play grade.

Base Is Fine With Water
The older I get, the more I try to stay in shape. Cardio exercises are a very important part of my routine. I am, constantly, working out, on the heavy bag, at the gym. I guess, trying to relive my youth, as a boxer. I got this inflatable punching bag, in order to be able to continue my exercise at home. The bag stands 67 inches tall and came with a pair of Velcro closure gloves, made of PU material, and an air pump. The punching bag, and it's base, which has a solid rubber stopper, are made of PVC material. For stability, the base can be filled with water or sand. For my need, I have found that water works fine. Additionally, it also makes it easier to empty.

Poor quality - Not a good find!
This was a product that we were excited about only to be VERY disappointed from different angles. First, quality is very bad as you open the box and you see the gloves (which are not good product) they look like plastic. We do own a couple of boxing gloves. We are rather versed in good quality gloves and these were not. Second, the inflation process takes a long time and the pump provided is a JOKE. Thankfully we have one at home and we were able to get the job done. Third, the water in the base makes it instable and tilted. But after all this said and one, the punching bag is hazard because it does not respond to punching the proper way and can get you hurt with ease. This product is unpractical, unproper to be used as a punching bag from design to quality. To be dismissed!

More for kid, less for adult.
Filled the base with what must have been 30 gallons of water...filled both top portions with air...everything held ok, nothing leaked. But when you punch it, it sways so wildly that there is only 1 punching frequency...punch...then wait for return...punch...then wait for return. I mean, I suppose it's good for rhythm, if nothing else. The gloves it comes with are actually pretty decent, at least compared to some of the other "included with" offerings I've seen. Most of those gloves you just throw away in favor of any halfway decent set, but you'll actually want to keep and use these if you don't have anything else, because they're ok.In all, I just can't recommend it for adults. For kids, who you're trying to teach patience and rhythm to, this actually might be a good purchase, because you can teach them focus and punch accuracy as well as rhythm with this. You have to crawl before you can walk, and once you master this as a kid you're on your way to blasting the speed bag and crushing the heavy bag. But as an adult, there simply isn't enough "return force" here for any adult that I can think of.Great for younger kids, not good for adults.
