I've recently put together a pretty consistent skin care routine which includes double cleansing. I typically use a foam or oil based cleanser first to get all of my make up off. I like to use these pads afterwards, as I feel they almost have a toning effect. The pads come in a cool plastic jar, which I like, as I have some others that came in a bag and aren't as user friendly. The pads themselves are very thin, so I always have to make sure I'm only grabbing one. I've noticed my 10 year old son really likes using these, too, as he's not much of a face washer (doesn't love a lot of water on his face). They've honestly helped clear up some little bumps he had on his forehead, and best of all, they don't irritate either of our skin at all. It surprises me how much it will foam just from this one little pad. My skin always feels smooth after using these, as well. Not to mention, turmeric is amazing for a lot of reasons. I'd definitely recommend these, and with using only 1 pad a day, this supply will last you several weeks.

I purchased these for the container, to be honest. Most of these turmeric cleansing pads that are on the market come in the foil pouches with so much liquid in the bottom, and I liked the reusability of this so much better. These also have no texture to the pad, and I think it helps them to not roll up as badly as the textured ones.I'm not sure if this brand is just drier than others and there shouldn't be any additional liquid in the tub, but the pads are just saturated enough to sort of work on my face (like eye makeup remover pads are, no excess liquid, but the pad's soaked), but no foaming whatsoever. I get a very light foam initially with every other brand I've tried, but these never foam on my face, only when I use them on the backs of my hands. Also, there's not really anything on my face that rinses away after the 10 minutes. With others, I have to rinse for so long and use way more water than I'm comfortable with.So, looking at the box and jar, it very much shows an old leak (not from being sent to me, nothing was even damp) that's since dried up and they just sent it like that. It's confusing, considering the container has one of those covers/inserts that eye/face creams come with - that you replace before you screw back on the lid. I don't know how it didn't work here, the insert is secured *underneath* the yellow flip-up lid - you have to unscrew the yellow lid to get that insert out. Which leads me to...It's odd for this to have a flip top lid since you can't actually access the pads from it, unless you choose to discard the insert/cover, which I don't intend to do.The lid has a place to nest a pair of little plastic tongs that come in it. These were loose in the lid when I opened it up, but in-tact. It's that snappy plastic and has zero give, so they broke immediately when using for the first time. I was not using/gripping them as if they were kitchen tongs, I was being as delicate as the size would make you feel you had to be...if I hold something tiny, I immediately treat it gently and like it's a baby duck.Lastly, I got excited about the container and didn't even think to read the ingredients. Literally all the other turmeric pads I've used (in the pouches, 4 different "brands") are the exact same ingredients - probably coming from the same factory and just going into different pouches - all of which are completely known to me, maybe 9 in total. So I honestly had no reason to think these would be much different, if at all. This brand has a lot more unpronounceable ingredients, and I wonder if that's why it's advised to use them every other day (says you *could* use daily); others advise you to use 2x/day.All in all, I'm glad I was able to purchase these through Vine for a discount, but I won't repurchase due to the ingredients. I'll continue to use this container for the other pads I buy.

This cleanser works very effectively. It does not have a bad scent to it and it is gentle.

These are nice cleansing pads with a nice smell that's not super overwhelming. It feels nice on my face when I use these. I would say this is on par with other clesnsers I have tried. It's definitely worth a try. The only thing I don't like is the fact you have to leave it on for ten minutes and then wash it off. For a mom with two small kids it's hard to take that time to do it.

These pads are awesome! They have a subtle smell of turmeric to them. I really like that the scent is not overwhelming because strong scents bother me and my allergies. It gives you just enough scent to let you know it’s there.Each pad is soaked thoroughly with the solution so you don’t have to worry about dry pads or trying to soak the pads yourself. You could even give the container a little shake before use to make sure the ones at the top are nice as wet.I love that the pads come in a container because I feel that makes getting them out vey easy. I don’t have to try to reach around a bag to grab a pad. The container also makes me more comfortable traveling with them because they are stored in something hard.As for the use, the pads work really well. They lather quickly and are easy to use. As simple as rubbing them on a wet face. I have sensitive skin and I found these pads to provide me some comfort, almost like a soothing effect

They work really well at removing makeup and my face feels smooth and soft afterwards. I have sensitive skin and they don't irritate my face or cause any breakouts. Nice smell, not strange and earthy like some tumeric beauty products, this is a lighter, fresher scent.Don't expect them to get really suddsy, they don't foam up too much but still do the job.I really like the little tweezers under the lid, but took a star off because they broke as I pulled them out.Recommended product!
