Flexible Fish Fillet Knife, Yellow, Medium, 20 cm

This is an excellent filleting knife . The flexibility allows easy filleting and it is super sharp so be careful if you are used to dull knives. It makes short work of fish and a very neat Jo. The plastic handle is great and is there for a reason in order to make cleaning easy and it doesn’t hold fish oil like wood might. Very high grade stainless steel that stays sharp and doesn’t rust. A Swiss masterpiece!

Great knife. Probably the best all round filleting knife I've seen. From fresh mackerel to a full side of smocked salmon. No problem. Love the swibo range.

This knife if OK and does the job but I am not terribly impressed with the sharpness. I have worked it on a diamond encrusted whetstone which has improved it and I will see how long that sharpness lasts. The flexible blade is handy and allows you to work the blade to where you want it. I think if you are doing a lot of filleting this is a workman like product that will work well and it is good value for money.

Does the job exactly in the way advertised - we're very happy with this product. We only use it for fish and nothing else and this helps keep it sharp.

Its a Victorinox so its going to be good, like all other Victorinox products its just gets on with it and does a great job at what its meant to do. The handle is really solid to hold and has a good grip even if you are filleting fish.
