It seems like I'm always trying to find a pillow that works better. I've tried all sorts. Memory foam. Gel memory. Bamboo. Down. Cotton. I've always been able to find good ones, but still looking for the perfect pillow for me. This one is very good.Pros+ Versatile. This is great for sleeping in just about any position. I mostly sleep on my back, but this works for when I turn on my side as well. And I can even law on my stomach with the shape of the sides to fit my arms.+ Foam. I'm not sure what kind of foam this is, but it works well. Not super hard. Doesn't get too hot. Doesn't sink in too much. Doesn't have an odor. Good support and soft enough to get a good night's rest.+ Air. The fabric seems to allow for a lot of air flow in the pillow. Hopefully this keeps it fresh.Cons+ The cover does come off to wash it, but it's a little tricky to do so. Just pay attention to how it goes on and off.

The design is interesting it reminds me of an egg crate from some reason. You head rests in the middle and the sides engulf around your head.Positioning (can be tricky)• Back sleeping: this is the easiest way to get the right position and comfort• Side sleeping: requires you to adjust and position to get the side of your head in proper position of the middle of the pillow and to provide the right amount of lift and support between your shoulder and neck. (The key is keeping your spine in alignment)• Stomach: is the most difficult, I found I could only lay in certain positions for short periods of time because of the pillow designThis pillow is worth a try and so far, my results have been from good to mixed. I am a side sleeper and for me if I get the positioning right it works well. If I am off a little bit, it causes some neck discomfort. Laying on my back it is great and feels like a cloud with the right amount of support. I am unable to sleep on my back because of mild sleep apnea. I would give it a try.

I've tried many pillows that are supposed to help with neck issues and few really work. This one seems to keep my head at just the right angle so I don't wake up with neck pain. There are two heights on each side of the pillow (essentially the top and bottom). I found the bottom side to be more gradual and comfortable, supporting both the neck and head. It also isn't as heavy or firm as many memory foam pillows. It allows the head to rest comfortably while still providing support.If you are a side or stomach sleepers, the grooves on the sides for your arms are actually very helpful. There is enough room to lay your arms and get a little support on the bottom for your arms.The pillow is compressed for packaging so will need a little time to fully expand. I also found it had a slight odor so maybe airing it out for a bit might help as well. Nothing offensive or intolerable.Seems like a well made pillow that should last for a while. Would recommend for people with neck issues.
