I’m 63, and cannot sit for long periods of meditation on the hard floor. This meditation cushion and mat are perfect for me. It is comfortable and firm enough to sit for long periods. I love the feel of it, and it looks great! I do recommend it, as a good blend of price, comfort, and performance.
