ButtFly Resistance Hip Bands for Women, Butt Lifter, Hip Circle Workout Bands, Glute Bands

I was hesitant to write a review (as this is my first review on Amazon), but working in Sports Therapy I can confidently say this is a legitimate band. I wanted to wait a few weeks of working with it to give an honest review and I have to say, after working out with it consistently in a variety of Pilates & strength training exercises, I’ve gotten pretty amazing results in the short time I’ve had it. It doesn’t slip off nor irritate my skin. It’s also comfortable, yet challenging enough for the workouts I used to do without it. Not only has it been a great addition to my workout equipment, but I’ve noticed my form/technique has gotten better...which ultimately has helped my workouts become efficient in working out targeted muscle groups. Trust me, after working in the fitness industry for over 10 years and working in sports medicine, this band is the best on the market!

I use this at home when I’m doing squats and working out. My knees turn to turn in when I do them so my friend recommended buying a hip band. I bought this one because of the pink colors and good reviews and amazon did not disappoint. Using this makes me push my knees out and keep good form. And I feel the burn by the end of it! Doesn’t even pull on my skin or hairs when I wear shorts either. Good buy.

This resistance band is absolutely amazing! My wife bought it a few weeks ago and has been using it religiously, and her butt is fly, indeed. She made it look really fun, so I tried it a few times, and it is more challenging than it looks, but it's also a simple apparatus. It's way easier than going to the gym. I was pleasantly surprised by how light yet durable the band is. So in conclusion, it's fun, easy to use, and durable! Highly recommend!!

I’m a gym newbie and wanted something simple and compact that I would help me enhance and strengthen my butt, thighs, and legs without the hassle of a complicated machine. The Buttfly definitely has provided that with its simple concept and effective results. What I love most other than the killer work outs, is the material.The material is sturdy and comfortable compared to your regular run of the mill rubber resistance bands; it doesn’t slide and bunch up like the rubber bands after you’ve put lotion on and you don’t have to guess which one to use because you just have the one band! Would definitely recommend!

Love this band! Quality of this band is much superior to many hip bands I have seen on the market. And the design is super cute. I've tried doing hip raise, clamshell, one leg raise & squats with the band on..... Wow, it really made a big difference. I will never do my workout without this band again.

I thought a large would be to big, but I went with the sizing and it's perfect. Excellent fabric & material, the color is nice tooa d it comes with its own pouch. Loved it!!

I liked this when I first got It, but it stretches out after a month of use. Lame waste of money.
