Derma Shield - The Ultimate Skin Shield Protectant Mousse - 500ml

My mum nagged me into buying this for ages! I must admit I resisted due to the cost and my not being convinced a mouse would do anything for my skin!Well I was put right quickly!!I suffer with sensitive skin which flares with excema on contact with all sorts of things.I use a squirt the size of two garden peas in the morning immediately after washing/showering and leave to dry for a few minutes before using body lotion and getting dressed/hair / make up etc.It works as a barrier all day so my hands are not reacting to the things you'd normally come into contact.with every day so it's helping prevent excema flare ups but it also helps to moisturise and nourish so double acting bonus!It is expensive but you only need such a tiny amount it should last a while and my hands don't hurt or sting or bleed so much! And it's not a steroid so won't damage me long term either!

I was introduced to Derma Shield some 15 years ago and it is an amazing product. I have reasonably long nails and cracks along some of my finger edges, so if you put a golf ball size in your in your palm and rub over the hand and scrap under the finger nails and leave to dry when you come to wash your hands after gardening your hands/cracks in fingers/nails are as clean as they were when you first started. This is also a very handy product if you are working on cars or motorbikes; a must have product in my eyes.

Brilliant produce

My son has a sensitivity to the chemical disinfection process in pool water (chlorine), previously after 7-10 days swimming every day a rash (that appears after a day or two) can get very itchy. On holiday this year we applied Derma Shield (prior to applying suntan lotion) 10min before entering the pool, then showered directly after the pool, followed by moisturizer. Although the process of apply, Derma Shield, Suntan lotion and Moisturizer during the day got very tedious, the Derma Shield worked for us.

We have used this product for a number of years. We find it very effective .

Very good pre and post work treatment. Slightly sticky until it dries on your skin but OK after 5 minutes.Really effective barrier cream when working on car or gardening.My wife & I have suffered from cracked skin around finger tips but this product improves the condition quickly.

Excellent product. Our staff use it everyday and it really helps one employee who has particularly sensitive skin.
