Missing straw
Still waiting from the company to send me a replacement strawIt look nice 👍 not aure how good the bottle is but if i can get the replacement straw i will changed my review 🙂 i guess its a waiting game

sublimation tumbler
only had the tumbler for 2 days bought them for work cause of how long they keep water cold on day 2 the pin poped out of the handle & wont stay in couldnt return cause i had already sublimated 2 of them & gave the other 2 away wouldnt recomend buying them not worth the money

Handle pops off way too easy
Love the cup but the handle is trash. The rivets come out. Only used for two days before the handle broke off.----Update the company has reached out to figure out what happened and make it right. I will keep you posted. Amazing customer service. They did everything thing they could to make this right. The handle seems to be a problem on this cup besides that it's a great cup. I plan to try another product from this company.
