I rarely write reviews but these were worth every penny! We love birria tacos and I had been looking up recipes. There are a lot of ingredients to get that flavor and what seems like lots of cooking prep. I got these without high expectations but OMG!I ran around making everyone taste then. I took some to my parents house, my sisters house, anyone who stopped by I’m like “come in the kitchen and eat one of these!!” Taste was great and I’ll definitely but again. I don’t have a slow cooker so I cooked low and slow on the stove top. Chef’s kiss!! 😘

Used these with a lamb roast from Costco. I prefer the lamb/goat birria over beef Birria.Flavor profile is good. A little more salty and spicy than a true Birria, but it’s still good.I made on the stovetop since I prefer a little more control over meat texture. Cooked up well.If I was short on time and unable to make homemade, I’d use them again, but add more water.

These work great. Will purchase again. Not the best Birria in the world. But better than most stuff I've tried and gets close enough to feel good about.

Holy Moly! This is a game changer. These little ball is packed with ALL the taste of birria! This will definitely be my go to. Just an FYI… these bombs say one bomb up to to 3 pounds of meat. I had a chuck roast over 3 pounds and one ball did the trick, now I have another for my next batch. Might have to try a chicken one!

I make birria often at home and it can be lots of work. Not to mention lots of ingredients that go into my recipe and the cost of buying each ingredient separately can add up quick. This fiesta bomb takes all of the work away and makes it super simple for anyone to make birria in their very own kitchen. Having said all that, the clean up can be lots of work also. Clean up was simple.This fiesta bomb is by far the easiest and tastiest recipe I have ever tried, as close to my own recipe as it gets . I recommend this product to anyone who loves birria and wants it simple and affordable!

I will say it’s good flavor but way too spicy even adding in extra water the heat was a little much. I would recommend the mild bombs if available
