I purchased 15 of these blender pitchers. They appear to be a nearly exact match to the Vitamix blender pitchers and initially worked fine. However, they started to crack near the bottom after only 4 months of normal smoothie blending use (milk, protein, frozen fruit, ice). The manufacturer replace the first 3 failed pitchers, but we had 10 of them fail. The failure rate is clearly a material problem. There is no clear evidence of manufacture defect (like micro cracks etc.), but they all failed in the same location near the 300 ml line on the left side of the handle. Had no luck contacting the manufacturer again after the first round with them (Amazon says its too late after purchase). We continue to dispose of the damaged pitchers as they fail and replace them with another brand that has a 5 year warranty.
