Update to previous review:I had received a replacement unit in 2022 as the boiler in the old one (purchased 2019) had started to leak. The same issue happened again recently and I contacted customer services - kind of expecting to be fobbed off as this was the second time. But no - I had an immediate reply, was given a case number and a dedicated customer service agent, uploaded a video of the leak the same day, and after returning the defective unit, received a brand new one in less than a week, no cost to me as they paid for the return. Dupray certainly do keep to their promise of the long boiler guarantee.The Neat steamer a great little machine for general use, is small enough to store away easily (no automatic lead winder or on board tool storage but you can't have everything in such a small machine) and has a good range of accessories including a great squeegee for cleaning windows, the steam is powerful and it heats up quickly. I've used steam cleaners for years, originally had a Kärcher that lasted for ages but was much bigger and less easy to store. The Neat really is a great little steamer and as it's so small and light it's super easy to get up and down the stairs. The accessories are excellent for all different types of uses.I guess the only slight negative would be that I've now had two Neats that developed boiler issues, whether this is bad luck or a general manufacturing issue I have no idea, but as the manufacturer sticks to their promise of a long boiler guarantee then they're clearly committed to great customer service. I've read some negative customer service reviews on other websites, but I have nothing but praise for them. Let's hope this new unit doesn't develop the same problem - but if it does I am confident that Dupray will deal with it in the same swift and efficient way. Thoroughly recommended.

This was my first time using a steam cleaner of this type.Very simple to use, just fill up, wait a few mins (8 to be precise) then its literally full steam ahead.Once ready this worked consistently well for at least 50 minsThere is then a short wait for it to cool before refilling, but after almost an hour of steaming I don't think that's a bad thing.Plenty of attachments and very easy to change (carefully) mid use.It effortlessly cleaned carpets, mattresses, upholstery, a very stubborn shower door and the entire inside of a car. That was all within the first two uses.For me it felt light and easy to manoeuvre, I'm not sure why I've seen reviews saying otherwise. The cube has small wheels almost completely concealed underneath which do not pivot but they run smoothly.Some initial things that detract from a full 5 stars are:There's no indicator for the water level. The instructions say 1200ml but other information indicates it may be more. I used a water bottle to be sure which is fine but and indicator would have been nice.It doesn't offer variable steam which can mean its more power than needed or may damage some surfaces. And potentially could last even longer between refills if the steam level could be lowered.There is no storage on board for attachments and the whole unit, whilst very stylish, is not tiny, so you will need space to store it all.Unfortunately mine suddenly stopped working and I had to return it. It simply stopped working and to my knowledge had no reason to do so. Once it had stopped I couldn't tell if the power switch was on or off because it's a push switch and without the light indicator it just seems the same either way.And a note about the delivery itself - it was great, took a couple of days but came when indicated. I have since tried to order an alternative brand 3 times and so far none of them has turned up!

I bought this because I recently had a bed bug problems - I was Looking at some of the cheaper products - £40 - £100 , noticed most of them had various problems as highlighted in the lower ratings - ie water leakage - steam and water going everywhere- I then noticed the Dupray - high volume of purchase - over 2000 if I rememver correctly - found some independent reviews: all good- and so bought it- so glad I did - it is truely a professional product - not made in China like the cheaper ones- Just did my mattress and bed frame - chemical free - so easy to use - powerful sream jet and because of the tempretaure you don't actually get much residual wter after use - and it has a hundred cleaning uses - I can use it on my laminate floor - will kill ll bugs, germs etc- brilliant cleaning product!

Great bit of kit works wonders on windows,door sills and even under the kitchen cabinets,haven't tried yet on the grout but plenty of attachments and we bought this for the large water tank and fact it has wheels so on laminate or bathroom floors it's easy to manoeuvre.washable microfibre cloths.Very impressed!

Not sure whether the device was faulty, but once the floor had dried it left awful streaks all over our tiled flooring. I thought these things were supposed to dry as they cleaned … this one didn’t. Also, it’s not easy dragging along a box whilst using it and then afterwards you must find somewhere to store it. It’s just too bulky. Not for me, just not impressed. Used it once and returned immediately. Was also deducted a shipping fee to get it back to the supplier. I personally wouldn’t recommend this steamer.
