Runs Kodi Helix 14.2 (15 crashed a few times) from google play good (which came with pre-installed add-ons) only thing that disappointed me there was no remote control so I had to plug a spare USB wired mouse into it's USB port to set it all up to wi-fi and my google account etc.I have now ordered a £6.99 bluetooth mouse from Amazon (MEMTEQ® 6D Wireless Bluetooth Mouse) to connect to it instead,as the device has Bluetooth built in.I do like that you can put a mini SD up to 32gb card in this device,which is handy.(I got a 16gb kingston one in it)

The first purchased stick arrived very quickly. The ROM it shipped with seemed to work well, but it quickly became apparent the stick was overheating, it would shut down after 10-20 minutes of operating and be too hot to touch. The seller responded to my return and replace request by the next morning, providing a pre-paid return label. A replacement item was dispatched and received within 72 hours and email contact maintained throughout. All in all a brilliant service.The replacement device is perfect, no overheating, runs very well and is stable and does not overheat even watching hours of HD video via Kodi (XBMC). The original ROM is not rooted and does not have an over clockable kernel but runs perfectly with its quad core 1.4GHz CPU and 2GB RAM. The Rockchip is the RK3188 T version but this really is not impacting performance. My other MK809iii required extensive modding with a custom ROM to get it to run as well as this one does out of the box ( and still only registers 1GB of RAM). All in very highly recommended, product and seller both.

A nightmare from beginning to end. Could barely get it working, dreadful wifi signal (truly dreadful!) and constant crashes if it would even load in the first place. The 2A mains adapter included was faulty and wouldn't power the device and I could hear something rattling around inside it, it also got dangerously hot so I had to buy a replacement. Even after several lengthy emails of instructions on how to get the device working, and many many wasted hours fiddling with it it was still as unstable as ever. Bought an external wifi antenna for it but the device broke before I got to see if it would help, the socket for the power cable has detached and is now rattling around inside the case, considering the device was barely used and when it was it was with utmost care seeing as it was so temperamental this has to be the result of poor soldering.

I purchased this to allow streaming my media to my bedroom, it work great, i installed Kodi on it with all the add ons and it worked great, it synced perfectly with my other android stick in the sitting room.It plays most games just fine, can play 1080p video without a hitch, and has a standard USB as well as a micro) slot as well so you can plug in external HDD's, for the price i couldnt believe what i got for my money.I bought one for my friend and set up a custom KODI intal on it for them, they loved it also, a whole media center on their TV.I thoroughly recommend.

The power supply with my one was terrible. It gave poor wifi. When I changed it, it worked perfectly, good device other than the power supply.

if you just want to browse the internet and play a few games it will be fine but if you are expecting to use a remote access program like splashtop, or subsonic, forget about it. Not as powerful as it sounds that's for sure. I have no problems on a kindle fire hd, id say splash out on a kindle tablet instead

As described. Crashes sometimes with Xbmc. Wi-Fi adapter needs strong signal. Never use the power supply provided, which will burn the equipment...
