Losing the wallet (intentionally)
This was made for people like me.. People who carry a few cards, little cash, pen or sharpie (of course) and always a multitool, because you never know.. With a wallet simply becoming too cumbersome and thick in addition to my other items, this has drastically freed up pocket space and given me a secure place for everything I carry daily. The thick, expertly stitched leather is strong and makes me feel safe storing my valueables in it. A nice sized card sleeve accommodates the few cards I carry plus my license, a pen slot keeps me prepared since I always seem to need something to write with and of course the real star here, a perfectly sized slot for my leatherman or other multitool of the day. All of this in a sleek organizer that takes up less space then all of those items sepertaly would take without it. The leather is nice, it's sized well as it's large enough for everything I mentioned and still slips easily in and out of my front pocket. A cool stamp in the front makes it stand out just enough to be unique to your person and a leather Keychain for your keyset is a nice addition that matches up with the organizer well. Wether at work, in the field or on a casual outing, this organizer sleeve stands out while being muted, organizes but remains sleek and does in one piece what four pockets couldn't do for me before it.

Not quite what I was expecting
The product appears to be well made and sturdy. Real leather, quality materials. The dimensions (4x4 inches) are accurate. Photos 1 and 2 are back and front. So why one star off? On the video posted on the Amazon listing, at around 30" and 59" you can see what appears to be this product, being carried by the hip, attached on a belt. Furthermore, the product came with a description (photo 3) that made it seem like could be used on a belt, though upon further inspection it is evident that description belongs to a different product. A bit confused, I went to the vendor's website: this product is meant to be carried inside a pocket, and cannot be attached to a belt, as far as I understand. I think the advertisement was somewhat misleading. Three suggestions: (1) eliminate the video that twice shows what it appears to be this product worn on a belt, (2) add a photo with someone using the product inside a pocket, and (3) clearly and explicitly write that this product is not ready to be worn on a belt. If I am mistaken and I find out there is a way to wear this product on a belt, I will be happy to change this review.Plus: a keyring (photo 4) was included in the bag.

Small
Excellent quality, the materials and workmanship are entirely top notch. the leather is soft and supple and smells like leather should. This version does not have a clip or a belt loop, it is meant to be carried inside your pocket. The round pocket is quite small, I could put a 5/8” dia into it but it would not accept 3/4” dia. I have a BuckTool that measures 9/16” x 1 1/2” and it is a perfect fit in the multitool pouch. The third feature on this organizer is a card pouch on the back which will hold a couple of credit cards and bills. Keep in mind only the card pouch is closed on the bottom, both front features are open at the bottom. This certainly is a 5 star product, though I wish the flashlight tube was 1/4” larger. I use a Surefire flashlight with CR123a batteries and it measures 11/16” dia and will not fit in this organizer.

Nice quality leather, multitool-holder bottom is open
So, I have a small zippered pouch that I use to carry bandaids, a few small tools, a Swisscard, mini bic, etc. I picked this EDC pocket organizer up to try using it for these items and nearly immediately discovered it wouldn't fit the purpose. This is a little of my fault, and a little of 1791s - I didn't realize from the photos that the front main pocket was open at the bottom since the pictured Leatherman didn't protrude, but also 1791 neglected to show in pictures that the rear-pocket has a hole cut into the bottom (for good reason in most use cases) to push cards out of that wallet portion. See my pictures for a better idea. So, I looked for other alternative uses.In this case, it fits a Leatherman Free K2 and Streamlight Microstream very nicely, with plenty of room to utilize the wallet on the backside and even clip something else into the main section. With those two items it sits very nicely in the pocket of men's jeans and would be great to use in situations where a user was concerned about catching pocket clips externally, or not wanting pocket clips to scratch things in the environment (maybe high end autos, or other things with fancy paint jobs).Overall, the leather has a very good feel. It came with a little extra bonus keyfob - I don't need it, but it's a nice addition.I wish that 1791 more clearly noted the Country of Origin, I can only assume since they didn't that these are very likely not made in the USA - even 1791's website says their products are made of "100% American leather" - but doesn't say where they are manufactured/assembled.Overall, this is a really nice little pouch, not badly priced for the quality of materials and should do a great job if you have a relevant use-case for it.FYI: I received this for “free” as part of the Amazon Vine Voice program but will still pay income taxes on the value of it, kind of like a contractor.

NOT a holster
I have a three other EDC products from this company, which are all holsters that loop onto a belt. This is NOT a holster. It's more like a wallet/case that organizes your multitool/knife, a pen/penlight, and a few cards like licenses and credit cards. And only the card holder has a stitched bottom; the multitool and pen sheaths are open-bottomed, so better have clips on those or they'll fall through. And then the whole thing is carried in your (big) pocket or backpack. It is not worn on your belt. So, it's a fancy, leather EDC organizer. Don't get me wrong, like all their products it's made of very thick and supple leather with robust stitching and nice tanning - it has that great leather smell. But it's a wallet/case type and not a holster type, which is odd considering the video seems to show it worn on the belt (by the lady in the middle of the video). It's still a 5 star product, but just be aware of what it is and what it isn't.
