OzekBeef Tallow for Skin - Whipped Tallow Balm

This is my first time using a product with beef tallow in it, and let me just say, its really great stuff! The jar is glass, and so cute, with a pretty label, and has a metal screw on lid. The box came sealed, and even the jar had a seal for protection and safety. That was refreshing to see, since it seems like more and more I'm receiving beauty products with no safety seal or wrapper, and I always worry it could have been tampered with. The quality of this product is top notch. The balm is whipped, so it's light weight and creamy. It smells amazing. I don't even know how to explain the scent other than it being a mild, fresh, and lovely clean scent. I've had a dry patch of skin beside my nose and nothing I put on it seemed to help it heal until I tried this stuff. I just put a tiny dab on my skin and rubbed it in, and I could tell it was going to help, and it did! The redness lightened up and the dry flaky skin is almost completely gone after just applying this twice so far. It makes my skin feel so soft and velvety. I have sensitive skin and I haven't had any issues with this at all so far. I love that there's only two natural ingredients, whipped tallow, and calendula infused olive oil. The jar is 4 oz and a little dab is all you need so I feel that this will last me a while. Terrific product! I just wish it wasn't so expensive so I could afford to get more when I run out.

Even though this says it is unscented, there is calendula which is what I'm assuming makes it have a floral scent. It's not too crazy strong and goes away after a bit, but if you truly want something unscented then I don't recommend it. Calendula is supposed to have good benefits for your skin though!This is more of a cream, and it applies nice and smoothly, and if you don't use too much your skin will feel soft. Not greasy/oily.I don't think I've used it long enough to experience any long term benefits, but since the scent doesn't last too long, it applies well, and I like how my skin feels when it dries, I'll continue to use it.Because of the price, and the fact that it isn't unscented, I am uncertain I would purchase it after this jar runs out. But by that time I might experience better skin, so we'll see!

I never thought beef tallow for hydrating skin would be a thing in this day and age, but it is. I ordered this one from the Ozek Store to try. I have been using it on my disgusting feet, and it has made a big difference. I was afraid of what it would smell like, but it is just a light scent. Not bad at all. The whipped, creamy texture feels nice. It absorbs very well. I have been using this with socks at night. Love it.

This Beef Tallow for Skin is working amazing. Beef Tallow has so many benefits when it comes to using it on your skin daily. This moisturizer has been working great and does the job. It leaves my skin feeling very soft.

I love this moisturizing cream. It has a nice scent, even though it says it’s unscented. I usually hate most scents, but this is natural, light, and pleasant. The cream is so good. It nourishes my dry skin like nothing I’ve ever used before in my 5+ decades. How have I never used beef tallow before? Don’t fall for all the gimmicks with the big brands and their chemical creams. This natural cream will be my main cream for face and body from now on. So simple, especially for travel. I absolutely love it. Highly recommend.

This cream provides adequate hydration, slight fragrance, easily absorbs into the skin & lasts most of the day!

I didn’t realize a cream made of animal tallow existed and was happy to find this offered on the Vine program and give it a try. I know people used to use animal for for all kinds of purpose in the olden days, including as a moisturizer. I don’t think you can get more natural than that. I was leery as to what it might smell like, but was pleasantly surprised to find out that this cream smells wonderful. Product page says it is “unscented/herb infused”, so I didn’t expect much fragrance. However, this has a very nice fragrance which smells fresh. It’s not overpowering, but just right to get a slight whiff of something nice.I was anxious to try this on my hands. The cream is made of only two ingredients, whipped tallow and olive oil, so it contains vitamins good for the skin. I find the cream is readily absorbed into the skin and does not leave my hands greasy. My hands feel moisturized after using this, even after washing them. I recommend this product. This is a 4 ounce jar of tallow cream and not only does a little bit go a long way, it’s very soothing. I have some medical conditions that causes my skin the dry and break down. This cream, instantly soothes when I put it on. It has a very faint but pleasing smell that I adore and it helps hydrate and soothe my skin. It doesn’t take much either so I feel 4 ounces will last a decent amount of time. I also appreciate that it comes in a glass jar instead of a squeeze bottle because I never get it all out of the bottles. Where with this jar I can use it all, very easy and user friendly. Definitely worth a try, I highly recommend it.
