Excellent for health
I have used "Fibogel" for a few years and that was ok but Metamucil is so much better. Sadly, it is more expensive but when it comes to a heathly digestive system, its worth every penny.

Easily prepared, pleasant taste and worked well. May be a bit expensive if taking long term but I used on a 3 week holiday trip.

These fibre enhancer drinks are quite pleasant tasting & are enjoyed by my wife & I. We recommend them but they do take a few days to arrive.

Metamucil sugar free powder
I absolutely love this product! I used it for many years when we were living abroad, but couldn't find it in the UK. Have just recently been told by a friend, that I can now get it through Amazon, so have restarted it. I take just one teaspoon a day in luke warm water. It keeps me regular, tastes good, and apparently is good for cholesterol too, which I didn't know! It also has some potassium, which I needed, as mine was depleted!
