I.Spanish Cr.Urea Jar 400

I have used this cream for about 5 years and it's always been a fantastic cream for my eczema however on my last purchase August 2024 the cream that came was different instead of being absorbed into my skin this time it left greasy white cream on my skin NOT BEING ABSORBED it's never done that if they have changed the ingredients to save money or change the formula they state that it has changed it used to be good not anymore because it's not the same

The scent is nice but unfortunately it didn’t do none difference in my skin, I’ve tried per 16 days in a row. Super overpriced to something that is completely useless.

Received the cream with the lid partly unscrewed, after removing the lid, the seal was broken. Looks like an item that was opened, perhaps used and returned by another customer and then passed on for the next customer, which unfortunately it was me. Apparently it's not eligible for a return. Disappointed

Arrived with the lid askew. The supposed secure foil covering the cream was loose and there was a large indent in the cream as if a quantity had been scooped out. Therefore, I would not chance using this cream for fear of contamination. It went into the bin. I did try to return this product but had the message that 'It could not be returned'. Avoid this product.

What is bad is there is no way of sending this cream back or getting a refund. The seal on the pit had been pulled back. I have no way of knowing if someone had put something into this cream. Disgusting how there’s no way of refunding r sending it back. So I have no clue if the cream is good r not. Because I don’t trust it

Under "Additional Details" the product is described as fragrance free (which is why I chose this over the 1L pump container). This is incorrect !!!

Order arrived in one box with other items. However the box was wet and slimy as the lids of the body cream pot were off and body cream was all over box and teabags!! Awful! Shame as product is very good!

It’s not safe to use the cream because the seal of the cream was broken! Couldn’t even return the item and had to throw it away. It was such a money waste!

Happy with the quality and size of the cream as well as the results on my skin. I use it especially for my feet.

È la migliore crema idratante mai provata. Non unge e si assorbe rapidamente. La uso molto spesso al mare quando sole e salsedine richiedono un trattamento extra. Il prezzo è ottimo, provata anche la variante aloe ma preferisco la linea originale.

Lo primero que me sorprendió al recibirla fue el tamaño. Por el precio que tiene, la verdad es que me esperaba un tarro bastante más pequeño, pero los 400ml cunden un montón y es una cantidad muy generosa. En cuanto a la crema en sí, se nota desde la primera aplicación que hidrata muchísimo. Una vez que la extiendes y hace su efecto, te deja la piel súper suave y notas que la hidratación es realmente profunda. Además, al ser del Instituto Español da bastante confianza, ya que es una marca de toda la vida y con muy buena reputación en este tipo de cuidados. En definitiva, teniendo en cuenta el tamaño del bote y lo bien que funciona, me parece un producto genial y con una relación calidad-precio imbatible.
