The media could not be loaded. I already have 2 Phonemo printers, one for labels, and one for mini prints/mini stickers. Just like those 2, this A4 printer doesn’t make me disappointed. I totally love itPros:- the size is great for travel because it doesn’t take up so much space and no ink to cause a mess- Easy to use: you just need to download the app, charge the printer, insert what you want to print into the app and just… hit the print button. And there you go!- Can charge anywhere with USB cable- Good for quick documents that don’t need to be store permanently- the print quality is pretty good for a thermal printer. Of course you can’t expect them like the Inkjet or laser printer but for the convenience and quick note, the quality is enough for your need- It’s quick: you don’t have to wait for long for you prints to get ready.- save your ink cost!Cons:- the noise is quite bothering. But it’s just me because I understand this is the the way it works and I’m quiet person type.- Paper type is quite limited. So far the printer only takes the company’s paper type or other thermal printer paper. The paper is also much thinner compared to normal paper. No cardstock or A4 sticker paper is available.- the price for the paper is still quite expensive- you can only print one side and with black color.- Photo with less contrast or with too much details are not suitable to printThese are the impression when I first try. It’s good for quick note and paperwork that doesn’t need to be stored for so long so I’m cool with this portable printer

The setup is easy , the quality of the print is good. I believe it was worth the money and connecting it is so simple all u do is connect Bluetooth and pick ur image u want to place and print it's that easy !

I had been using an old way of doing my stencils I can’t believe I’ve been missing out on this printer for so long! Can take it literally anywhere and the battery feature is super convenient 🙏🏻

Not only was my printer defective (unable to connect by wired or unwired connection), but it took over a week to get proper correspondence from their customer support. You can call troubleshooting, but they can’t do anything more than what’s on the website. The support team is from China and only uses email. The time difference causes the team members to only be able to respond during the darkest hours of the morning (e.g. 2am-6am). After a week of going back and forth with emails, they told me the device was defective, which I already knew because that was the reason I was reaching out to them. They offered a replacement, but the length in response time just prompted me to go with an entirely different company. I requested a return and refund. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This little printer is super neat, easy to use, lightweight, easy to transport, doesn’t need ink and has an easy to use app. Those are the pros.The cons:- you have to use special thermal paper (regular printer paper is about $8 for 500 sheets while thermal paper is about $22 for 200 sheets)- you can only print black and white- the print is easy to read, but it’s not as “brilliant” as traditional ink or laser printers.Those are the main points. The cons, however, you should know going in and likely don’t intend to use it in such a manner, so the cons might not be cons at all for some.I doubt anyone would get this to replace a home printer or if you print a lot or if you need crisp, clean presentations. This would be much more suited for on the go, quick and easy print something in your car. Maybe even a college student that needs to print things from time to time and doesn’t want a monster printer clogging up their dorm.

OMG! Am so happy I bought this printerIt's like a life saving for me, so easy to set up and easy to use! This printer print so pretty! quality is great. Thanks to whoever make this, I will be traveling with it wherever I go to work.

I use this for tattoo conventions... a lot of the machines I've used in the past have such problems connecting when there is a hall full of artists and printers but this one is AMAZING!!! I can print my stencils 1-2-3 and they are crystal clear. Super easy to set up with the QR code for the app. I can print directly from my phone AND my iPad. Connects easily as well. I had a problem with the charging, it stopped working after a few months and I contacted customer service. After troubleshooting for a while, they were so helpful and sent me another one! A++ and will highly recommend to friends and all artists!

Es práctico y sencillo, te saca de problemas cuando necesitas imprimir un archivo de imprevisto. La imagen es clara y precisa.El problema es la aplicación que usa, aunque es sencilla de usar, hoy detectó un problema de archivo troyano tipo que puede causar problemas y robo de información. No se si se puede usar otro tipo de aplicación para esta impresora, se tuvo que desinstalar la aplicación hasta que no sepa y no sea seguro no puedo usar la por el momento.

This review is long overdue. I have been using this product for about 6 months now. First, I was pleasantly surprised with how high quality the product is, I love that it comes with a travel pouch. I have actually turned to this printer at home when I experience issues with my ink jet printer. It is very easy to use, the speed of printing is fast, and the prints are clear as well. Overall, I have found this product very useful.

Simple et rapide impression sans tracas d'ancre ou de bourrage de papier ou de mechanique complexe et qui brisent vous metter la feuille scanner le code qr et hop une impression de qualiter professionnel et a moindre cout vien meme avec quelque feuille pour tester l'appareil. Seul point l'appareil gagnerai a avoir un revetement en aluminium parcequ'un revetement en plastique sa s'echappe une foi et c'est briserer et je parle meme pas des possible choc en voyage ou si vous trimballer appareil avec vous, un etui de protection est recommander ou sont emballage d'origine peut faire. Sans compter que tout l'appareil est en plastique des rouage juaqu'au revetement a voir si cette appareil est durable. Sinon j'adore cette imprimante je la recommande fortement pour un usage normal et pas intensif c'est du bon plastique mai je cerai surpri si sa dure pour un usage quotidien intensif a voir.

This seemed to be extremely difficult to read the instructions and set up. The sample print was very, very light and I don't think it would have been worth the effort to try to connect it to my laptop to try to use it for work as the printed test page was not acceptable.If you want this to really be portable, make it simple to add to your laptop!

It works very well! I bought it for my tattoo shop!
