Have been using 14 mg store brand (Target/Walmart) patches with success. Tried these and found them to be totally ineffective. Don't waste your time or money on these.

These patches have been effective at reducing a pack per day habit. I don't need to use them at night and am looking forward to the next step. Overall so far I am satisfied with the patches.
