I would give it more stars if I could!I love this sculpture; in fact, I love the whole series. It was a really hard decision to decide which of these sculptures to get. You get a real sense of movement in these, but I especially liked the lines in a couple of them. We live in an area where there can be quite a bit of rain so we went with that.This statue has very graceful lines and the colors seem to change a bit in different light. I know the sales page says that it is black but it sometimes has a bit of an antique brass look. I took pictures of it in different light and with different color backgrounds. I think it just adds to its’ charm. The statue is quite solid and heavy as you would expect from an iron figurine.BTW, I had a little trouble attaching the umbrella to the rest of the statue since it is pretty heavy and I have fairly small hands. I have been excited about receiving this and didn’t want to wait until someone else got home. I ended up putting the upside-down umbrella back in its’ case and held the rest of the statue upside down, screwing the figurine into the umbrella, rather than the other way around. It worked great and I am very happy with the result.I just went and looked at each of the matching sculptures and may have to get another one. I haven’t decided where this couple will ‘live’ and depending on where I put them, I may ‘need’ another one so we have a set. 😊

This sculpture is very pretty, romantic, and well made. As an artist, I love to get art pieces from different places, that generate feelings. This one makes me feel in love every time I look at it. The material is sturdy, and heavy, of excellent quality. I think it is a beautiful decoration for the living room of any home. Recommended!

I ordered this as a gift for my wife. She loves whimsical little artistic sculpture like this. I was very impressed with the size and weight of it. It has a hand-made quality that makes it look like a much more expensive piece of art. I ordered the umbrella version, and it does require some simple assembly - the umbrella top has to be screwed onto the threaded post. It's well-made and an excellent value - I highly recommend this romantic sculpture.

when I say I love this sculpture, I really mean it. It is so pretty, and is exactly as described. It arrived quickly, and was packaged very securely. It was packed in a Styrofoam form and bubble wrap. It is heavy, and actually feels heavy like it is iron. ( I was afraid that it would be a light weight casting) The umbrella attached super easy. I am so happy with this sculpture and 100% recommend it. Now...I just have to find a place of honor to put it. =0)

As a lifelong lover and collector of all kinds of 'love' status and sculptures, I was not disappointed in this lovely Pokine iron 'Umbrellas' sculpture. It arrived swiftly, and beautifully packaged, ready for gifting. Though I'm known as a big gift giver, I'm definitely keeping this one for myself. It looks and feels of excellent quality, handmade, and beautifully crafted from cast iron. Despite its small size of 10.6 inches, it has a nice weight to it. This couple statue is unique and eye-catching; visiting family and friends immediately noticed and admired it. My lovely niece now wants to purchase one for herself. It looks beautiful regardless of where you place it, adding elegance to any space. It looks far more expensive than it is, yet it's reasonably priced for its quality and beauty. This sculpture would also make a lovely and perfect gift for anyone on any occasion. I'm in love with it, and so is everyone else who sees it. I love walking up my stairs to see this every day. beautiful made and thoughtfully packages to prevent damage. umbrella screw on can take a minute but be gentle and it'll screw on just fine. love it
