More hair!
It's only been a month but I have more baby hair! Even my hairstylist mentioned it!! I don't always take 3 pills a day, because I forget, but I am going to keep using it in hopes my hair starts also getting thicker!

Helps with fine lines
Bought these to strenthen my nails. Hair is shinier and fine lines on forehead noticeably less prominent after less than a week of taking these supplements. Still waiting on any difference in my fingernails. Highly recommend.

It WORKS, IT REALLY DOES WORK.
Update on a previous review of Biotin Capsules. Since writing comments on Biotin and saing I had a problem with Diarrhea and had to quit. I started this on March 21 2025. Because I have a low thyroid my doctor told me to continue with these Capsuls. I had found them just going over Amzaon mostly because they deliver and I am a Senior Citizen who needs things delivered. Just 3 or 4 days ago Icould feel thicker hair already. Mostly in the back and on the sides that are ususally very thin areas. It is in front and covers my ears. With my first comment of this type I got an email from the manufacturers of these capsuls offering to give me a full refund. By then I could feel my hair was changing. I did use a briotin shampoo and conditioner also found on Amazaon. . I've never believed the companies that say they can grow hair.....I'm so happy to have my hair again. A doctor had told me once when I was losing my hair...."There isn't a woman alive that doesn't fear losing her hair. It feels so great.

Lost my hair in clumps!!
I took these for three weeks and my hair loss became horrifying, this product claimed to help with hair and skin but I broke out as well I really hope they refund me for the unopened bottle and the one that causes everything to get worse, I will keep you posted. The company treats their customers very good so I say it was worth trying because you have nothing to loose because they stand by their product and everyone is different. Great customer service
