This stuff works great on hot flashes. Noticed it within the first week. Nice to have a product that really works. Ran out of this product and my hot flashes came back. Re-ordered another bottle right away. As soon as I received it, within three days it stopped the hot flashes. I do occasionally experience hot flashes, but not that intense.

This product did not help with the hot flashes which is why I bought it. It also caused headaches. Unfortunately, I'm back to trying different products to see if I can find one that helps.

I haven't finished the bottle and I noticed that I am having less flashes and more sleep. Very good product, highly recommend !!

I have been using it for about 45 days and it just doesn't work for me. I haven't had any relief at all.

Took about a week to kick in but you can feel the change, more relaxed , not as irritable. Not as tired as before. No hot flashes. First week had sweating and now none. Took away 1 star because I would like to see a weight control ingredient too.

I can’t say whether or not these worked for me. I had to stop taking them after 3 days as I was getting headaches. I gave two stars because my hot flashes increased instead of decreased.
