TTS, Felt bottoms (not rubber)
Sandal is true to size. I ordered the white and the left side strap is dirty. Not sure if someone wore and returned. Also, the bottoms are felt (not rubber) which is odd to me. Keeping them since it’s $4 to process the return.

Ordered a size 9 and received a size 7
I ordered a size 9 and received a size 7. They are two sizes too small. I wore them today not realizing how small they were. They were hurting my feet so I finally took them off and looked at the size on the bottom of the sandal, size 7. If you want them returned, please send me a postage paid return label and I will mail them back.

straps are too loose to stay on my foot
The shoe is cute, not comfy at all though. The straps are waaaaaayyyyy bigger than my foot so I can't keep them on my feet. I do have narrow feet, but I always wear regular width and rarely have issues. These are just too big.
