I was hoping to add these to the ceiling of my fairly small bedroom to increase light and it didn't work. However I did place one in my closet and it worked perfectly - so for the most part it does what it says!The reason for only 3 stars is because they don't stay on the ceiling very well. The adhesive it comes with usually wears out, and time after time I am picking up lights of the floor or screaming watch out to my friends as they come flying off the ceiling.Also I noticed that they burn through batteries really quickly. This is the WORST product that I’ve ever bought on Amazon! I put all the batteries in them and set them up under my kitchen cabinets. They only lasted 2 days. I put more batteries in them and they lasted a day. I can’t buy an endless supply of triple A batteries!!!!! I’m very disappointed and won’t be buying them again!

Read reviews before buying and thought they were reasonably good. Got the lights installed them and after one week they stopped working .Changed batteries but it made no difference. Lights just won't work at all. Checked the batteries and they all were good. Justvery disappointed. Now I have to remove them and hope no damage results from the adhesive!

Bought three sets of these lights back in March 19th 2019. Had them on for maybe 30min total and now May 4th 2019 none of them work anymore. Even tried replacing the batteries and nothing.

Do not buy. They eat batteries like candy and last a very short time.By the time I realized this it was past the time I could get a refund.Wasted over $30.
