It really does keep the mosquitos and biting flies away
It is effective and does what it says. The problem is that you don’ t know when the mat runs out or when the fuel runs out. If you set it up for a continuous periods then you can keep track of the time but if you use for short periods, several times there is simply no way to keep track of that. The tiny window at the side allows you to see that it is lit and you can feel the warmth on the top with your hand. It’s would just be a much better product if there was a light on indicator that is visible. In short it is an effective repellent, it’s expensive to use but if the bugs really bother you then it is worth the money. Best to use for an extended period rather than short ones.
