Great addition to any health/mobility/running toolkit!
I have been very happy with this purchase. As an active person who also has a desk job (late 40s), this nerve/muscle stimulator has been a great addition to my health/mobility/running toolkit. I have used regular a TENS/EMS device for a while on many different areas of the body, but it has never done as good a job as this device has to loosen tissues of the feet and ankles. I use this device once or twice per week, usually the day before a long run or a stretching/mobility session, and it seems to help make my training more productive (my feet are getting noticeably stronger). My wife, who was recently struggling with plantar-fasciitis and knee pain also uses it as part of her recovery, loves it. My 14 year old daughter who runs track and cross country also uses it.I've found the device has plenty of settings, so I can always fine a pulse profile that works. It can be used flexibly, and can either stimulate an entire area like the calf, or a targeted area like the toes, depending on where you put the pads. Overall, it is just a great tool, and because the feet are the foundation for everything it is important to take care of them. I've been using it for a about 2 months and have been happy with the battery life and durability. I cannot comment on the durability, but I'm planning to keep using this for a long time and so I do take care of it by keeping it in its package and storing it under my bed when not in use.I can think of many types of people who would benefit from a device like this, so if you are considering one and have landed on this product, I can absolutely recommend it and feel that it is worth the cost to purchase.

Nerve Damage Relief
I purchased the Siseca Transcutaneous Electronic Nerve Stimulator to address nerve damage that had developed in my feet. I previously used a Nooro Foot Massager for that purpose but it stop working, so I wanted to replace it with a more dependable device that would provide the same level of comfort with better longevity. I did a Hard Target Search and viewed many products, read many reviews, then decided to purchase the Siseca Transcutaneous Electronic Nerve Stimulator for Foot. The Pad is 50% larger than my previous one and has 6 Modes that provides various relief levels. My favorite is level 2, which is extremely effective, in that not only does it provide relief to my feet but it also generates pulse to my calf areas as well. It also comes with electrodes that you can attach to your back, shoulders..other parts of your body.I am extremely satisfied with this product and recommend it to those looking for an extremely effective device to provide stimulation to your feet and other troublesome parts of your body.

Great gentle massage
I was having continuous pain in my feet, from too many years to standing on hard floors. My wife's accupuncturist recommended we try the Siseca Transcutaneous Electronic Nerve Stimulator. I began using it twice a day, and in a few days most of my foot pain was gone. The stimulator also comes with pads that can be on backs, shoulders or other places with sore muscles. I haven't used the pads, yet, but next time my back is sore, I'm going to use them.I noted that the batteries seem to last through a number of sessions. Each session is about 20 minutes. I have recharged the batteries after 4 session, but the batteries recharged quickly, so I don't think they were near the end of their charge. The foot massage is well built and easy to use. The pad can be rolled up and stored is a small area. To use the massager, simply place on the floor in front of a comfortable chair, place your feed on the mat, and turn it on. There are several different stimulating modes, so just pick the one you are most comfortable with. You also select how much stimulation you want, from barely feeling it, to curl your toes strong.Easy to use, small size, low cost, versatile. Great functionality, I couldn't ask for more.
