So, the drain in my shower has been backing up for four days. Which means the toilet was flooding into the shower. I would've called the landlord but they will only do the things I did. I have snaked it. I have poured drain cleaners down it. I have done everything I could think of. Nothing worked. My snake broke so I thought I would get a new one and try one more time with it then give up and call the landlord. The snake arrived quickly so that was great. However THIS snake came with directions. My last one just came in a plastic bag. Since it worked the previous 20 times, I had no idea I wasn't doing ritight. When I read and followed the directions, it took ONE TRY and GOOD GOSH O'MIGHTY MY DRAIN WORKED!! I felt like crying. Whoever wrote those instructions deserves a prize. The snake was a bit flimsy but it did the job.

I bought this drain cleaning tool hoping for a quick and easy solution to clear my clogged bathroom sink. Unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The tool simply didn’t fit well into the drain; it was either too large or too rigid, making it nearly impossible to insert without damaging the sink. On top of that, even when I managed to maneuver it somewhat, it didn’t remove any noticeable debris. The tool felt cheaply made, and the flexibility was almost non-existent, which meant it couldn’t adapt to the shape or size of my drain.In addition, the tool didn’t seem durable at all. After only a couple of uses, it started to bend and lose its shape, making it even more difficult to use effectively. For a product designed to deal with tough clogs, I expected it to be more robust. The poor construction and lack of sturdiness left me very disappointed. I had to give up and buy a more reliable tool. Save your time and money and look for a better option if you have a serious clog to deal with.
