Heavy weight, glossy and sturdy
It didn't look great out of the box, the parts don't look very clean and looks as it's been lying in a warehouse for a while before they packaged it up and sent it away. My initial impression wasn't great but no parts were damaged which is what's important.Once built and with a thorough wipe down, it was just like the photo. The instructions were easy enough to follow and the parts were all solid. Overall I am happy with it.The speed of delivery is amazing and concise, thanks for this

Decent looking coffee table
Does the job as a good coffee table / foot rest.Guests love the design and the way it opens. One annoying thing is, the oak cover quality is flimsy, so any thing wet would leave a permenant imprint. Additionally, I had this less than 7 months and the corners are chipped and has plenty of tiny scratches and they show up and make it look tacky. It isn't as sturdy as it looks, and I will have to either replace it after a few months or paint/cover over it.

Looks nice
The sliding top is slightly off. High on one side and low on the other. And either I missed, or it wasn’t in the instructions to put the draw spring... I’ll assume that was me.Looks good though, and happy with it.

Looks great and modern
Design:Looks great and modern, shiny white in all the right places, and the wood grain on the oak has a believable feel, despite being MDF. Actual wood would have been nice, as we'd have been able to oil it to suit our other oak stuff, but it's not a big deal. Obviously with any shiny white surface you've got to be pretty careful about scratches, but the oak part seems much more forgiving.Assembly:Pretty easy instructions and well labeled for 2 people to assemble. Screws/bolts etc all individually packed and labelled. Be careful when screwing the 3 chrome poles on though, I screwed them too tightly (didn't feel that tight) and it damaged the inside of the top drawer. It's the inside, so it isn't visible, but I still wasn't very happy about it. The drawer has a spring-loaded magnet that we didn't have instructions for, but it was very intuitive to figure out where it needed to go.Weight and size:Needs it's own category, this thing is BIG and heavy. 46kg apparently. Most of that weight is the top with the drawer, which comes pre-assembled (there are parts packed in the drawer). If they were to make a version of this table that was exactly the same, but only 2/3rds the size, that'd be perfect for a lot of apartments. It's sturdy, but you wouldn't want to sit on it, especially the top drawer.Features:The bottom drawer isn't huge, and only extends 2/3rds of the width of the coffee table. You can store stuff on the other side in a little recess that takes up the last 3rd. The spring-loaded magnet opens and closes it and works well, however because the table has no legs, I find myself kicking it open whenever I sit down. It needs to be pressed close to the middle to click shut properly. The top sliding drawer has a nice action to it, and you can easily slide it with drinks sitting on top without spilling stuff if you're careful. It's fairly shallow, but is perfect for hiding a mess of TV remotes. It does open wider than pictured, though depending on where it is, the furniture you have around it may prevent this. We have 2 remotes, a 15" macbook pro, and an xbox one controller sitting in it and there's plenty of room to spare. The Xbox one controller only just fits height-wise.Overall:The star off is just because it's slightly bigger than I probably would have liked, and there was a small issue where the rollers for the top drawer weren't aligned quite right, which meant the top didn't close flush. We took it apart and re-aligned it, which worked fine until a friend put some weight on it. We just have to do the same thing again now. It's definitely a simple assembly issue though and won't affect all units, and is reasonably easy to fix. Otherwise, very happy with the purchase, and great for the price. God it's hard to find nice looking modern coffee tables with storage built in.
