Just needs love!
I love this! And it is half the price of usual supermarkets...Don't be put off by its looks, don't forget it's 50% less fat so will look less creamy and more watery. But with a little loving it's perfect especially as I'm on a never ending diet!It tastes just as coconutty as it's full fat friend and if you are chucking in bulky ingredients then the runny consistency is forgotten (I love a chunky potato Thai curry!)Definitely worth the money and much better on the hips than the full fat tin!

I had not realised this was a tin, my mistake so probably won't use it re cooking but someone else in the family will, the tin arrived intact, all well packaged.
