Suma Prepacks Tapioca Flour (500G)

I'm giving this a 5* becuase as i vegan i wanted to make my own mozzarella cheese and this product performed to its standards. Additionally what I thought was very kind was tha they added 2 'TREK' bars within the box which were delicious. The deleivery was also very prompt too.

I was looking for gluten-free tapioca flour, but could not view the full package labels. I would have preferred a certified gluten-free product, but will risk this as other SUMA brand products I have used have been of high quality.

The flour is easy to use. I bought it to makeCoconut flat breads and they were lovely.

Took a few days to get here, but weighs very little. Good product. Recipe came out very nicely.

Excellent quality. Not cheap though.
