Little did my boyfriend realize that he’d been poisoning with basic grocery store au jus in his roast. Thankfully, his sister found these and saved me from being sick. Every boyfriend needs a diligent younger sister who wants to cook a proper GF meal. His roast tastes just as it did before, but I no longer feel awful afterwards. I do wish it were less expensive though.

Thank you for making this gluten free! I never understood why we have to incorporate flour in everything! This has wonderful taste and tastes exactly like au jus as I remember it. ❤️

The packaging is not half as big as it looks. I just added it to beef broth with a few drops of amino acids instead of soy sauce to my taste. Al and all good.

I have purchased this product several times. Tastes great. I don't think my latest purchase will since it was all over the other items when I opened the box.

I love French dip sandwiches but the grocery store options for quick prep au jus are terrible. This stuff is super tasty and without all the junk! It’s thicker like a gravy, which will also come in handy, but it also has enough flavor to water it down a bit for sandwich dipping. I cut the recipe into 4 so have plenty of mix left, but I assume it would freeze well too.

I loved the taste and consistency, but the recipe calls for soy sauce which can make the au jus very salty. Great vegan suggestion!

This tastes like normal au jus!
