I installed this light in less than 10 minutes to replace an old and dim ceiling fixture. This light provided much better lighting than the previous one and has a much sharper look. I would recommend this light.

I read reviews before I purchased. Some didn’t like the quality. Yes it is of a light plastic, but I love it. It’s on the ceiling, nobody cares, and looks great! It’s light wait, easy to install. Love the intensity of the bulbs and the light can be adjusted. Purchase a dimmer switch. Recommend: Lutron Skylark LED + Dimmer, don’t forget cover plate. Can’t say enough. Going to add a couple more through out the house. Great find.

We purchased a home that was built in 1997. It has builder grade light fixtures which were not good quality and the brightness was poor at this point. The hallway had poor lighting from the one small closet fixture that was installed. I had seen this light fixture in a office of a doctor and I fell in love with the fixture and the amount of light it put out for a 12" diameter fixture. It brightened the hallway and looks so good. The black deco part is metal and the lens is plastic but it is a beautiful fixture that looks great in my home. I have purchased the larger sizes for my kitchen as well.

I had to order this light three times to get it right. The first two were terribly dented, despite being listed as new. I'm glad I didn't give up though because the third is beautiful! VERY bright and you can adjust the color temperature, if you prefer it warmer or whiter. Lightweight, easy to install, great value for the money. Instant upgrade for the entryway hall.

I like the looks of the ceiling light. It's very bright but dimmable if you have dimmer switch or buy one. The ceiling light is plastic but you really can't tell the difference once its installed. The installation plate is metal. Its very easy to install except for one thing. The two screws they give you to install the metal plate could be about 1/2" longer in my opinion so you can see the screw holes are a little better. I bought two. One for kitchen and one for the hallway steps. Not disappointed!

Sure it is mostly plastic, but when on the ceiling you cannot tell. If it was not plastic it would be heavier and harder to install and maybe more expensive. Looks good. Five light settings. Easy to install.

I have replaced pretty much all the ceiling in my house and this one is by far the best. In terms of aesthetics, you be the judge but my husband was very pleased with this particular ceiling light ASD 20 inch. It is very bright (2450lm is probably conservatively rated, it looks far brighter than other lights that claim 3600+ lumens), difuser works well and light distributed uniformly (no more dark corners or dark ceilings), mounting mechanism is simple (attaches to J box plain and simple unlike so other lights with silly convoluted mounting brackets that require you to drill additional holes on the ceiling).It is really well thought out, clearly their engineers have a lot of good sense when it comes to ceiling light designs. Two thumbs up!

The service life is no more than one year, which is a bit frustrating
